Great pool for the kids, mediocre bathroom in room
Pros:

The kids loved splashing in the swimming pool. The hot tub wasn't working at first, but the staff was incredibly helpful and managed to get it running for us. We are also so thankful to find a pet-friendly hotel.

Cons:

The room was just okay, but the bathroom was a letdown. It lacked basic cleanliness, and the shower drain was very clogged, causing the water to fill up while showering. Needs immediate maintenance and better housekeeping.

Cons:

Room smelled of soiled or sweaty men as if someone had stayed in the room for a long time and never cleaned themselves or the bed. One window was completely covered in a film you could not see through at all.

I didn’t have a pet with and I firmly disagree with pets in hotels it’s gross and i absolutely hate it. Air ducts are dirty and hot tub and pool dirty and cold

I've stayed here before, the pool is nice and they do have an included breakfast which is also nice. The pool was warm enough for my kids so that was nice. Location is good, and it is close to everything nearby.

Cons:

Our room could have been cleaned better. I found a bag of cheetos and a pillow under the pull out couch when I set it up for my son. Also found old chips at the end of the main bed. Makes me question how well these rooms are actually being cleaned. I called prior to coming to ask about a pack and play (expecting maybe a $10/night charge if any similar to other hotel stays) they assured me they would have one. At check in they charged me $25 to use it which seemed high. I would have brought my own and will next time if we stay here.

Pros:

My family loved that our room opened up to the pool. The room was very spacious.

Cons:

The breakfast only went till 9am and they didn't have a big selection of foods.
