Side by side friendly, nice breakfast, staff friendly .
Nicely laid out
Opening the doors was extremely difficult. The time allowed after using the key and then opening the door was ridiculously short, making door entry quite tedious and taking multiple attempts.
Everything was great, except the beds. Woke up with major backache/kinks everyday.
It was centrally located and easy to get too.
Breakfast was plentiful and decent.
The bed was uncomfortable. There was mold in the bathtub. People with kids in the room above jumping around at all hours!!!

It was a family reunion and here was lots of space in the lobby to sit and talk and catch-up.
Location and staff were good. Old hotel, musty, bad windows uncomfortable beds and pillows.
Beds, pillows, carpets smelled musty. Staff tried to cover it with air freshener which made it worse.

Property was unclean and staff was not pleasant.
When I got there the front desk was eating lunch at the table. I asked if I could check in because I put on my reservation that I needed to get into a room early. She stated can't check in until 2pm and continued eating. I said I have the email that says they would accommodate me when I arrived and she got very snotty about this.

Jacuzzi was working, but after entering, felt like it needed a vacuum or to be cleaned.

There was mold on the ceiling above the shower
The air conditioner working properly, tried to lower temperature to 66 and it didn't seem to lower the room temperature.
Had reservation got there they said I didnt book even though I have receipts they didnt have a room for us and had to find another hotel at 9pm at night after driving 12 hrs staff was not helpful or friendly 😑

The pillows could be a little better. And also the shower handle was hard to turn.

Bed was too close to the heater/air conditioner. Very little room to walk around the bed. The shower was not easy to set the shower in place.
