Great choice for our family of 5. Highly recommend
Pros:

Spacious, good location, lovely staff and great facilities. It was fantastic having a washing machine dryer combo for our family and the air conditioning worked very well. Coffee machine and luggage storage in the lobby were nice bonuses.

Highly recommend stay in Osaka! Spacious and close to everything.
Pros:

The building is well-manned even when staff is not physically present. Loved the cleanliness of the building. Especially enjoyed the spacious room and the amenities available.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike about this stay. Even with 3 large suitcases, 2 adults & 2 kids we had plenty of room.

4.5 star quality at extremely reasonable price.
Pros:

Excellent location, quality bed and bedding and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. We were 2 adults plus three late teen children. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. This hotel is a real gem with exceptional value compared to other properties we have stayed in around the world. Best hotel in Osaka!

HIDDEN GEM! So much space as a family of 4 with teens, loved the kitchen and dining space - we could snack and play cards. Beds were comfortable, amenities and shower were great. So close to main areas of Kyoto and staff were so helpful, allowed early check in and could store luggage too

L'emplacement est proche de la gare et des quartiers très animés de shinsaibashi et dotonbori
Check in très facile et facilité par le personnel présent à notre arrivée.
La chambre pour 4 est très spacieuse et confortable. Le coin cuisine est appréciable ainsi que la machine à laver.

I had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay here at comfort+81. I will definitely come back again!
Pros:

I love that the place is really close to the shopping street! Even walking to dotonburi is not that far too. Lots of convenience stores around the vicinity. Apartment is really clean and spacious. I love the bathroom as it’s big and there’s drying vent inside the bathroom as my clothes are not dryer friendly. Really useful! Then kitchenette is well equipped and spacious too.

Cons:

There’s really nothing that I didn’t like.
