Pessima gestione

Posizione comoda vicino alla stazione.

Cons:

Esperienza da incubo! Avevamo prenotato 4 camere con due letti queen, comunicando più volte via e-mail che saremmo arrivati a tarda notte e ricevendo conferma scritta che il late check-in era garantito fino alle 5:00 del mattino. Arrivati in hotel alle 4:00 dopo un lungo viaggio, la brutta sorpresa: la prenotazione era stata cancellata per overbooking e le nostre camere cedute ad altri. Nessun supporto o spiegazione valida da parte della reception, se non un sbrigativo invito a contattare Booking.com. Siamo stati ricollocati da loro, per gentile concessione, in un'altra struttura vicina, ricevendo però soltanto 3 camere (2 con letto king e 1 con due letti queen) a fronte delle 4 prenotate, pur avendo già saldato l'importo totale (addebitato sulla carta di credito). Il giorno successivo, dopo una snervante discussione durata ore via e-mail con il direttore, l'hotel ha rimborsato unicamente il costo della quarta camera mai usufruita. Non è stato riconosciuto alcun indennizzo di compensazione/rimborso per il cambio forzato di tipologia di camera (da due letti queen a letto singolo king), che ha stipato il nostro gruppo in sistemazioni inferiori rispetto a quelle regolarmente pagate. Una gestione dell'overbooking e del servizio clienti vergognosa.

Terrible.

Cons:

We booked our room over 8 months ago and checked in the two nights prior via phone. Upon arrival at 3am after a long day of traveling, we were told they gave our room away and the whole place was booked. The front staff lady was rude and not understanding. We waited 45 mins in the hotel for them to uber us to another hotel 30 minutes away. We will never be staying here again!

A great place with reliable shuttle service to DEN.
Pros:

Handy Stay for DIA
Pros:

We stayed there one night before a flight from DIA. Their airport shuttle was very handy and was free of charge. The room was clean and comfortable. There were several restaurants around that were within walking distance.
