My plane landed at 1:30am and I called the hotel from nothe plane’s door to request their shuttle (I had spoken to the receptionist and confirmed that the shuttle runs on 35-minute cycles, 24 hours a day). I was assured that the shuttle would be there soon. The shuttle finally arrived at 2:20am and I arrived at the hotel at 2:45. There I was told that they didn’t have a room for my reservation snd that I would have to walk 6/10’s of a mile to stay at Comfort Inn. I am disabled and eventually she called a shuttle for me. I checked in at Vomfort Inn and was charged an additional $50. I finally got to my now $153 room (it was $89 st timr of reservation). I slept 2 1/2 hours, got up, and took the 7:00am shuttle back to the airport. The shuttle back was full to overflowing so we spent 15 minutes waiting for a second shuttle driver to drive the “spare” shuttle. Our full shuttle followed the second shuttle to a half-dozen other hotels so that our driver could load bags for the slight woman driving the second bus. I arrived and was able yo reach the gate 17 minutes before boarding.
All in all, a terrible experience! The bright spot was the young lady operating the desk at Microtel - she was positive, professional, and apologetic.
Can’t say: they kicked me literally down the road to another hotel.
Good location.
Quick notification of booking. Great service and bus to and from airport.

Very comfortable and the reception was nice.
Breakfast is awful. Barely a breakfast. Truly disappointing - and really I dont need much but fresh fruit, maybe an egg, and yogurt. Even the coffee was bad.
It was very clean , super nice people , and the shuttle was awesome
Nothing
Checkin was easy. Staff was friendly. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. A/c worked well. The free airport shuttle was on time. Good coffee at breakfast, and the waffle makers were awesome.
Close to Denver Airport. Simple room for an early morning flight so it served its purpose. Didn't use any of them but many more restaurants nearby than I expected.
Nothing to mention.
Let's start with the shuttle, it was clean and comfortable and the driver was pleasant. The hotel was clean, check-in was easy, and I was very pleased the shuttle was available throughout the night (that's actually why I booked this hotel). My room was clean and cozy. I would book again.
The carry away breakfast was a bit disappointing. Basically muffins. Bagels and cream cheese, cereal (which they have), even waffles (which they already have too) would have been nice. I appreciated that they did have the muffins as I got in too late to grab something for in the morning and left at 350A, so I wasn't bothered regarding the offering, just passing on a potential concern. Especially because two of the three suggestions are items they already have on hand.
