Our experience was disappointing due to poor communication regarding the booking, limited breakfast
Pros:

It was in close proximity of all the places on our list, restaurants etc.

Cons:

In addition, the shower water was ice cold despite me contacting reception to report the issue. Yes, I called after 6pm but the response I received was that I should have reported it earlier so that it could have been attended to during the day....making me feel I was the wrong one, meanwhile, it should have been checked before we booked in... This response reflected a lack of understanding of basic hospitality and customer care. The gas tap apparently was still closed. After the issue was reported, someone came to inspect the problem, but in the process, muddy footprints were left on the bathroom towel. Unfortunately, the reception did not offer any explanation or apology regarding this incident.
