The hotel is excellent, as is the staff. Unfortunately the area around the hotel is not the cleanest. If one is only using Uber or Cabs or Tour Groups, then this works well.
Perfect and the staff est great!
Very good place to stay
The rooms were very clean. The cleaners did an excellent job. However, one of the drivers had a not so good attitude.
Nice hotel and very wonderful staff. It could use some upgrades but for the price it’s well worth it.
It’s okay
Surrounding area nor the best but hotel is nice.not sure who does room check ,water,coffee,bath towels had to request as. There was no towels and only brought 1 .water and coffee for yet we where a couple
Overall, the hotel is good. I like spacious rooms and the 2 rooms I reserved were very large, felt like a 2 bedroom space. The house keeping is very responds promptly to any request or issue. The front desk is also responsive. However, the kitchen department is inept, get simple order wrong, poor quality, bad attitude, saw a bug in the kitchen as attached photo. Can't take care of simple requests, tosses you around. I only ate once there one time in the 5 days I was there. I ate out in other restaurants. They never had change and kept my money.
Staff is excellent and food was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Property was clean but could use a facelift overall very good.
Good stay
The staff was so nice and great to me. The hotel was older and dirty. There were a lot of things they could have done to make it better. My tv wouldn’t cut off I had to unplug it from the wall to get it to go off. The balcony door won’t shut. The couch looked like it was falling apart. The pool chairs were broken. No towels up there. Just a lot of missed things.

Nice and friendly staff. Room was comfortable, clean and spacious. Very easy to get into the city from the hotel.
It was a wonderful stay although renovations are needed and an improvement from housekeeping department would be appreciated by guests.

When I checked in, I was assigned a room that I didn’t book. Had to call and wait a while for a room change. This is after I asked the receptionist to kindly confirm that the allocated room is the one I paid for

Bedding, sheets, pillows were not so clean. Towels weren’t white I couldn’t even use them.
Our stay was great, staff were very friendly and of good assistance. Your parking area is too far from the rooms especially when it is loadshedding. The past 2 days of our stay the water in our room was cold and we reported that to the manager during checkout, she apologies and requested us to report any problems as soon as we encounter the problem.
