Good location and enjoyed my stay
Pros:

The room seems to have underwent some revamping; it looks fairly new, and there were thoughtful toiletries such as toothbrush and toothpaste, mouthwash, some of which are normally not provided by hotels unless you ask them. The complimentary bottled water was also a great plus. The bed was very comfy and the towels and bathrobe were thick and soft. The hotel is also close to the Exposition Park and several restaurants.

Cons:

Soundproofing not as good; can hear noises from the street at night, but usually hotels in downtown area are like this.

Pros:

Property was very clean.

Cons:

Front desk concierge who “helped” check us in was rude. We checked in around 11:45 pm. He was rude when he said the system was down and he didn’t know what room to place us in. Had to wait 10 minutes for him to find a room, whole time he held no eye contact and after he checked us in and gave us room keys I said thank you and he did not respond.
