Amazing hotel. Extremely hospitable and attentive staff. Great location. Amazing restaurant and lobby vibes. The rooms were nice, a hair small but had all the amenities needed. Plumbing and bathrooms were great. Highly recommend for a more upscale hotel experience

A localização é ótima, o hotel tem um restaurante muito bom no térreo, a cama é espaçosa e todos os funcionários foram super gentis.
Nosso chuveiro estava sem a boca da ducha, fazendo com que a água caísse em um único jato desconfortável e que respingava água para todo lado. Nosso quarto era conjugado com o quarto ao lado e era possível ouvir tudo o que se passava entre os outros hóspedes.
L’établissement est bien situé dans le quartier prisé de Ipanema, à 1 min de la plage.
Les services de l’hôtel sont complet, (vélo, chaise, serviette de plage) et le petit déjeuner est très bon.
Le personnel est agréable et attentionné.
Le Sofitel, tout à côté est en travaux se qui occasionne pas mal de bruit en journée.

Lage ideal zum Ipanema Strand. Außergewöhnlich tolles Frühstück mit regionalen Leckereien. Personal ultra hilfsbereit.

We loved this hotel. The staff were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. I had to book bus tickets at short notice and they helped me navigate the website. It was our anniversary and they put a tray of chocolates and fruit in our room. A wonderful surprise & Very kind. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. The location is great. They have a beach service. The room is comfortable and clean. Highly recommended. Thank you for a great experience.

Os funcionários são muito educados, solicitos e eficientes.
O quarto não é muito confortável, o café da manhã limitado, a recepção fica no meio de um bar (????), a localização difícil de achar.
Gosto muito da localização, do restaurante, do serviço e da disponibilidade das bicicletas.
O hotel merece algumas atualizações como o piso do Box que era super liso e mais antigo. Não gostei da limpeza, o quarto sempre com o chão cheio de areia, areia na cama também.
