Good enough but Not so budget accommodation when extras added
Pros:

Room basic but fine. Clean other than filthy armchair. Fair enough overnight stop.

Cons:

Arm chair in room filthy.
Outside perimeter extraordinarily filthy. Garbage everywhere. £15 fee for dog to stay and highly unsafe walking outside. Why not clean it ?
£5 parking fee in an out of town area is not customer friendly. Could understand in town centre.
Advised of dog staying on arrival. I was unaware that she charged for parking but not dog. Male shouted at me as I walked to lift rather than politely advising of their error in not charging me.

Pros:

Everything went well from checking in to checking out. Breakfast was really good and location. We didn't realise there was a charge for parking but it was only £5 per night so wasn't too bad. It was lovely and clean too.

Cons:

The only thing I found was the bed was really hard.

A lovely clean and friendly hotel with helpful staff
Pros:

Clean, friendly, lovely room and excellent location.

Cons:

Breakfast was adequate but little niggles. Side plates for breakfast. No dinner plates. Made me feel like, a child. You cannot take too much. So I took two plates which I completely ate. But soured experience of breakfast s OK mewhat.

Booked a twin botched double into 2 singles
Pros:

Clean, fairly comfortable, fab showers.

Cons:

Booked a twin room for my 17 year old who they classed as a child and 20 year old sons who they just knew was an adult they were given basically a double bed that was 2 singles directly next to each other zero space between the beds so no privacy and uncomfortable sleeping without annoying one another. Pretty disappointed it states online military discounts are available and then when enquired was told they don't do them, both sons are military and were travelling for business. Over all nothing to write home about but nothing too bad other than sleeping arrangements,.
Won't be using again, had this been a young child and an adult this could of been very inappropriate.

Average
Pros:

It was very clean, bedding, towels and bathroom were immaculate.

Cons:

The bed was rock hard and uncomfortable. The location is on an industrial estate so you can’t walk anywhere within a few minutes, the town is over 40 minutes walk.
