Pros:

Very pretty entrance, pleasant staff.

Cons:

The fact that hardly none of the staff spoke good English made it difficult to communicate.

京都駅からも地下鉄ですぐで便利でした。
Pros:

朝食はホテルでは食べていません。ロケーションとしては窓からの景色は残念ながら建物だけでしたので良くなかったですが地下鉄の駅から近く便利でした。目的は父親の法要でしたのでバスがこのところ混んで乗れないと聞いていましたので地下鉄下車から便利なホテルを選びました。部屋の広さもゆったりして浴室内も浴槽もあり、広かったので気分が良かったです。

Cons:

出口５番から徒歩３分と書いてありましたが、烏丸通りに上がると分からず、何か目印か？案内図でもあれば迷う事はなかったと思います。スマホのナビがちょっと分かり辛かった。

京都には数十回立ち寄っているが、最早、宿泊地として利用するには課題が多すぎる。
Pros:

1.「嵯峨野」は、評判通りの味と品位が感じられた。

Cons:

1.技術スタッフは誠実だがコミュ力にやや欠ける。ネット接続に長時間を要した点は、施設側の管理責任に他ならない。
2.チェックインカウンタースタッフの対応が事務的でそっけなく、愛想もない。
3.案内役の若い女性スタッフの回答(付近のコンビニの位置説明)が要領を得ず、無意味で余計な話を聞かされた感が強い。
4.季節的要因なのか或いは円安の影響なのか、外国人の利用客が異様な程多く、日本人が隅に追いやられた印象だった。
5.周辺案内図のカバー範囲が小さ過ぎて、もどかしさを覚えた。

Great hotel and experience, will always use this hotel when possible
Pros:

Room size was way larger than expected, staff was very helpful and very responsive to our needs. When the internet went down, we called to ask the font desk, they later called the room to let us know that it has been restored and should be all good. Very great stay, we will always consider this company for all of our stays when possible.

Cons:

The only issue was that the pillows were not very comfortable, as they were flat. This was the only issue, although a minor one.

Amazing facilities and big rooms were amazing.

Cons:

Everything was great. Staff was exceptional. The only thing was that room was advertised with a mountain view but it wasn't quite a clear mountain view.
