Great location. Rooms are spacious and clean.
The hotel which was great some years ago.. now it feels and looks rundown and needs upgrades (for example outlets for electronics which nowadays we carry lots!). Holes in the carpet should never be in a 5 star hotel.
The front desk staff is dry and barely talks to you even at registration.. same with the concierge.
The restaurant food is honestly bad.. canned fruit cocktail? Sliced bread that feels old? .. and the list continues.
I used to love this hotel but I think I will look elsewhere next time.

Удобное расположение - недалеко от метро, недалеко от туристических точек, но при этом не на шумной улице. Отель не самый современной постройки, интерьеры классические европейские. Все чисто, аккуратно, но можно бы и ренновировать. В отеле 2 ресторана: с европейскими (шведский стол) и японскими (бенто) завтраками. Ходили на европейские. Еда отличная, выбор большой, но один раз пришлось подождать минут 5, пока не освободится столик. Совсем не критично.
Остановлюсь ли я еще в этом отеле? Как план Б, если не найду чего-то более интересного.

東南の角部屋だったので、東山方向の景観が見渡せた。
部屋が広々としていて、ゆったりとした気分で過ごすことができた。
バスルームの使い勝手が最高でした。
一階の受付周辺のスタッフが親切丁寧であった。

The breakfast on the first day was not good. We had an overflow due to so many people at breakfast and had to go upstairs where the options were limited and food was cold.
