Renovation work on the 5th floor will be carried out daily from 09:00 to 17:00 between 17th November 2025 and 28th February 2026.

Beautiful luxury hotel with extra large rooms with great views
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, extremely large room with very attentive staff. We had 3 people in our group and it was the first hotel room that was magnificently large with an amazing view towards the mountains. Honestly, even though it was a bit more expensive it was not outrageously priced compared to what we spent in Nagoya and Tokyo for far inferior rooms and hotels. We spent almost as much on rooms that were 1/3 of the size. It was a breathe of fresh air to have some space.
The front lobby was like an old school luxury hotel with elaborate marble flooring and a grand staircase. Easy walk to the Nashiki Market.

Cons:

My only regret is that we were not able to spend more than one night at this hotel.

Refine hotel.
Pros:

Room larger than standard hotel rooms in Japan. Limited number of English speaking staff. Buffet style breakfast was very good.

リラックス出来て良かったです。
Pros:

バイキング方式の朝食は私の経験でもトップクラスの品数の多さで美味しく頂けました。

Cons:

フロントのレディー（受付）の方が、もう少しフォーマルな対応をされると格が上がると思いました。

記念旅にこのホテルを選んで良かった
Pros:

駐車場も地下にあり、便利。
アクセスも良く快適に過ごせた。
お部屋掃除の方も親切で親しみやすく、とても感じが良かった。

Five days in a comfortable room in a great part of the city
Pros:

Great location, very convenient for the Metro, shops and restaurants. Room was large and had all the amenities and extras you would ever need. Even a free well stocked Mini Bar which was replenished every day.

木彫の家具が多くて落ち着いた感じがした

Cons:

和食のメニューが少なすぎた
セットが会席になっていて、天ぷら、お寿司などのセットが一切なかった
また外人用と言われた超ボリューム定食、じゃぶじゃぶ、天ぷら、寿司セットがあるのに単品でしゃぶしゃぶは、食べれないとかメニューへの工夫がなさすぎた
値段はしっかりとります
