Linen had weird stains, the floor didn’t look vacuumed well and an unidentifiable spot on the shower curtain. The knob to pull to turn the shower on was very hard to pull up and leaked out of the faucet. Only one elevator was working. No vending machine on the floors. Front desk staff pleasant. Nice location to many restaurants.

Pros:

My stay was very difficult. The first night of a 3 night stay there was a power outage. I had just gotten off the elevator when the power went out. A very close call. Outage lasted 2 hours and 40 minutes. Second night the cable tv went out. Third night, again the cable TV went out and I also had a visitor. A very small mouse. Although the staff was excellent, I can't recommend this place.

Pros:

Room windows were left open when we checked in. The wall mounted makeup mirror was broken. Mini fridge was hard to open. Huge bug was on the wall at night. Sound insulation was non-existent as we could hear other guests throughout the night and the morning.

Check in was average. Staff seemed ambivalent. TV service/ cable was off and on the evening I stayed. Shower head had mildew on it. Parking is free and available with several dining choices within walking distance and others within a reasonable drive. Easy access to 279.

In General room was ok, bathroom need deep cleaning, sounds from outside were too noisy.
Coffee machine was disgusting, looked like never was cleaned (I took pic but unfortunately can't post).
Receptionist not friendly, kind of racists, she will smile with some guests but not others, she didn't even ask if I have a rewards membership. Not professional at all. 3 years ago I had a great service, this time was awful.
