I would recommend it except for staying on a Wednesday night if that’s the lawn coming morning
Pros:

everything was wonderful except one minor thing. They started cutting the lawn and leaf blowing at 4:15 AM. I’m sure you’re doing everything to avoid that but…

Very convenient and close to amenities.

Cons:

The elevator wasn’t working and luggage had to be carried up the stairs that twisted.
The breakfast was quite small not much Hot items available.

Nice, clean, comfortable room. Don't count on a real breakfast.
Pros:

Room is nice, a little small to move a luggage cart into. Very clean new/remodeled hotel, first time we have stayed in this brand. Very easy to get to my accessible room.

Cons:

Breakfast is really bare minimum. Lots of guests remarking on this. Plus, apparently their delivery of food had not come in.
Also, Steps to get to the breakfast room? Handicapped people very inconvenienced. Also, in handicapped bathroom, the in bath seat collapsed, trapping me briefly,

Amazing budget friendly
Pros:

Wow, what a gem hotel to find on our road trip! Budget friendly, Clean, friendly staff, comfy bed, smelled great and the breakfast was tasty! Must stop if you’re looking for a hotel around Chattanooga

We met Jimmy at breakfast (I believe his name is) such a nice gentleman, passionate about his job.

Operator error trying to turn the fan/ac on in the room, can’t press 1 button then thinking it’s broke bc it’s not on! 😊

I would recommend this property to anybody. It is absolutely phenomenal.
Pros:

I loved everything about this property. We have been staying at this property for a long time now but before it was called Spark it used to be called Best Western however, since spark took over the building it got completely remodeled on the inside and it is safe to say that it is absolutely beautiful. I have nothing but good things to say about this property and the people working at this property. They make us feel like home every single time and they always do their best to accommodate everything they can.

Cons:

The only thing I would say would be a downfall to this property is they have no indoor pool or the little ones but other than that I feel as if it’s in our great spot and there is a lot to do and a lot to eat

Very nice
Pros:

This used to be a best Western and I have never stayed here while it was a best Western. However since Hilton has taken over it looks like everything has been remodeled. Everything was super nice. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was ok, nothing spectacular but filling. The parking is limited.
