Decent value in an area with pricey hotels, but beware the road noise if you sleep lightly.
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Front desk staff during check-in was a bit rude. We expressed concern for road noise, and were put in a first floor room with incredible amounts of road noise due to the drag racers outside at midnight.
