I would stay again, but perhaps ask for a different room.

We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Had a nice stay there!
Pros:

Staff was excellent and we loved the coffee 24 hrs. Rooms were big and the bed was super comfortable

The sink was cracked and looked messy and the toilet overflowed
