Location to family was good and overall a nice lodging except for the munchkin toilet
Pros:

Skipped breakfast to have it with local family

Cons:

No. 1- the guy at check in was not very personable, friendly. Other staff was friendly.
No.2 - the toilet was way to SHORT for seniors. That also needed grab bars in that short.
No. 3 - the bathtub safety surface was almost worn away
