Miserable
Pros:

It was not clean..the bathtub was very dirty

Cons:

There was trash piled up all over the place and the hallways smelled like smoke...cigarette butt's all over the campus and by entrances

Disappointing

Cons:

Website said pet friendly. Got to property and it said no cats. That put a wrench in our plans. Thankfully a friend took in our cat.
Run down property. Dirty hallways. Bed was like sleeping on a wooden board. We thought homeless people were hanging out at the front entrance.

Pros:

Never got to check in due to not having pyschical debit card

Cons:

Staff was somewhat understanding of situation but refused to let me book the last available room with online reservation wanted pyschical Debit card

This was a good value.
Pros:

The room was not fancy, it is an older building. But for $100 it exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was actually pretty good.

King suite was fantastic awesome tub, good price

Cons:

Near airport and train tracks which leads to longer drive time for eats and entertainment

Good value for money
Pros:

I stayed only for 13 hours ( arrived @4pm, left 5am). Good place to have a shower, sleep for one night and that’s it. You get what you pay for. It’s cheap so it’s worth it if you’re on your way to somewhere else. Staff was really friendly. Check in and check out were a bliss and it’s 4 min from the airport. So it’s very convenient if you’re getting an early morning flight as me.

Cons:

The bed was small and uncomfortable. Everything is outdated which is not a big deal for a 13 hour stay, but I won’t definitely stay more than that.

A work in progress with a decent location
Pros:

It's close to the airport with friendly helpful staff and I'm sure once construction is done it will be nicer.

Cons:

It was dirty from construction and giving vouchers out to people from shelters for rooms during the freezes. Like all Baymont hotels the beds are super hard. A bit pricy for being under construction
