Convenience of location. Convenience of the type of room to prep food. Breakfast available daily. Coffee available 24/7. Quiet

Cons:

It was difficult to contact hotel to get transportation from airport upon arrival to Anchorage. Once I contacted booking.com, the phone was answered and I was picked up. Upon checking out, no one was available at desk for at least 30 minutes to check room for return of deposit. I am waiting to see if deposit is returned as we did not do anything to cause damage or disruption to room

Good value for money hotel near the airport with free hot breakfast. I would stay here again.

We had old used coffee bag still in the coffee pot when we checked in

Meh.
Pros:

The bedding was clean and there were plenty of fresh towels.

Cons:

There were no usb ports anywhere, half of the lights in the room were burnt out, and the door was propped open with the bolt when we got to the door to open it with our key card. The drawers need a good clean and so do the walls. The tv wasn't plugged in either.
