Stay away once they get your money they forget about the customer service
Cons:

Was charged for two ton confirmations for just myself and still not credited a full stay back. Somehow two reservations were made and they won’t refund it

Floors were not properly cleaned

Cons:

Everything seemed really clean except for the floors. After showering for the evening, walking around briefly had not only my feet but my toddlers and husbands feet black from dirt. As a former housekeeper myself, I was truly disgusted as that should NEVER happen.

Pros:

Easy to get to and nice staff. Breakfast was also delicious

Cons:

Very warm in lobby and in our room. We were able to lower the thermostat to cool it down eventually.

It was OK.
Pros:

I liked that they provided breakfast.

Cons:

The internet seemed to be extremely slow to the point that it was nearly unuseable. The TV function was impossible so I could rarely find any channel and could not figure out how to choose a channel from the guide. The parking lot was being resurfaced so half of it was closed off and there were not really enough spaces for guests. Some of the parking spaces were on a significant incline that I did not feel comfortable parking there with my rental vehicle.
