Ottimo soggiorno a Granada
Pros:

Bellissimo hotel in pieno centro a Granada, affacciato sulla piazza principale.
Posizione centrale perfetta per visitare la città e muoversi a piedi.
Le camere sono pulite , l’arredamento è moderno e curato
La colazione è ottima, sia dolce che salato.
Lo staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile.
Siamo arrivati alle 11:00 e abbiamo avuto la possibilità di fare il check-in anticipato, visto che una delle due camere era già pronta: un’attenzione molto apprezzata!
L'hotel distonie di una bellissima terrazza panoramica con il bar, un vero gioiello.
Dalla terrazza si può ammirare Granada dall’alto sorseggiando un drink.
Un hotel che consiglio sicuramente per un soggiorno in città.

Cons:

In una delle due camere non era possibile regolare la temperatura perché il termostato non funzionava correttamente. La stanza era davvero molto fredda
A Granada ad agosto ci sono 48 ° e nonostante la finestra in camera aperta, dopo 3 ore la temperatura in stanza rimaneva a 16°.
Non riuscendo a risolvere il problema, ho chiesto di cambiare camera e il personale è stato disponibile .
Ci è stata assegnata pero' una camera per persone con disabilità, senza informarci.
La camera presenta una doccia a terra senza vetro e, di conseguenza, ad ogni utilizzo il bagno tende ad allagarsi.
Paradossalmente , il pavimento completamente bagnato può risultare scivoloso e quindi potenzialmente pericoloso per chi non ha disabilità.
