La posizione e la pulizia
Nella camera che ci hanno dato, non c’era nessun tipo di accessorio bagno come di solito si trova, per esempio cuffia doccia, spazzolino, kit, non c’erano asciugamani bidet ma solo doccia e viso, no acqua in bottiglia, la ragazza della reception è stata molto gentile Maria ma quando siamo arrivati al buffet, erano le 10.15 e la ragazza che era lì ci ha detto che avevamo 15 minuti per mangiare perché poi avrebbe tolto tutto, noi eravamo in vacanza e lo sapevamo infatti siccome era il compleanno del mio compagno eravamo scesi per portarci in camera la colazione perché volevamo farla con calma, non ha avuto tatto, anche noi lavoriamo nella ristorazione e sappiamo come funziona ma bisogna sempre pensare a chi hai davanti, per noi era un giorno di festa e riposo e non avevamo detto nulla.

Nous avions choisi cet établissement pour l'accès à la terrasse mais elle était fermée et l'accès n'était pas possible durant notre séjour !
Camera a fost mare și patul matrimonial imens. Amplasarea hotelului și disponibilitatea personalului.
Baia nu avea un sistem de ventilație corespunzător, motiv pentru care există tot timpul un miros neplăcut.
Que realice la reserva y el día de antes me liaron diciéndome que no podían darme la habitación y que si quería me remitían al hotel San Antón, por supuesto me fui al Meliá, nunca me había ocurrido una cosa así en Booking
We loved the room we had looking out over the square. It was large and very pleasant and clean (the cleaning staff were great) and the bed was comfortable. Lovely shower too. It was nice to be able to stand out on the balcony and watch the world go by. The front desk staff were also very helpful. Unfortunately the roof terrace was shut for our visit but they opened it up for us to see the view. I would definitely stay again. It was very easy to walk everywhere, which we did. It is hilly in places but not OTT. Also easy to find good places to eat and drink. Excellent tapas and shops. Lovely ice cream too!
We drove in from Málaga and that was a nightmare once approaching the city centre due to all the restricted roads. It would be really great to have some clear instructions as to how to get there by car as google maps were useless. Nothing to do with the hotel, but the associated parking over the road was a nightmare...very tight. I understand the parking at the hotel itself is even tighter! Fine if you had a mini or Fiat 125 but otherwise not. No need for a car there anyway unless you are visiting other towns/areas. It was a shame that there was only really the breakfast area in the hotel. We didn't have breakfast there so can't comment on that. Also no communal areas to relax aside from the reception...but lots of places to relax and have a drink or snack immediately outside the hotel

Parking was difficult, couldn’t find the recommended parking and lots of taxi only streets. Ended up paying for a place further away
