Pros:

The hotel’s location was excellent—easy to find and convenient for getting around. The hotel itself was modern, spotless, and well maintained. Our family room was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Overall, the hotel offered excellent value for money, and we would happily stay there again.

Cons:

The only minor downside—and this is just being picky—is that the pools are quite small. We also couldn’t find a toilet near the indoor pool, which made things a little challenging when visiting with a toddler.

Too expensive to be in construction.
Pros:

Breakfast was great! People super friendly

Cons:

Air conditioning was not working! Swimming pool was a mess. Honestly I expected better services for the price I paid.

Muy recomendable
Pros:

La habitación muy fresquita y las camas increíbles y enormes para el precio que tiene. El desayuno era caro, pero bien surtido. Limpiaron la luna del coche antes de que nos fuésemos, nos pareció un gran detalle que no habíamos visto nunca, ni siquiera en hoteles de 5 estrellas.

Cons:

Se echó en falta algunos productos en la habitación, como pasta de dientes. Sólo dan gel, champú y jabón de manos.

Por otro lado, sé que lo harán de manera automática y con la intención de agradar, pero desde el día anterior al posterior a nuestra estancia recibimos más de 15 mensajes por WhatsApp del hotel con información sobre los servicios que ya habíamos recibido en su momento por correo. Cada uno de estos mensajes también se enviaban por Booking (con su correspondiente correo electrónico) y fue un poco agobiante. Creo que con el primer correo y, si eso, uno de atención durante la estancia es más que suficiente.

Le petit déjeuner excellent, la chambre spacieuse confortable, les personnes à la réception de très bons conseils pour nous aider dans les visites , proche de tout commerce, et visite , salle de sport, piscine, ludokids

Cons:

Piscine extérieur eau trouble avec des cheveux dedans, parking relativement cher par jour 18 euros et seulement au bout de 3 jours 15 euros

Pros:

Ubicación próxima a la autovía y al metro, pero apenas unos 20 min caminando al centro. Parking con acceso directo al hotel. Muy buena y silenciosa climatización. Habitación cómoda y limpia. El hotel tuvo una cortesía con nosotros tras indicarles una pequeña incidencia.

Cons:

Para un hotel tan grande, el mostrador de recepción es extremadamente pequeño. Si bien existía la opción de transmitir contenido desde el móvil/tablet a la tele, fuimos incapaces de conseguirlo.

Tullaan varmasti uudelleen!
Pros:

Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä ja avuliasta, tunnelma hotellilla oli kiva. Hotellille oli helppo löytää autolla ja parkkipaikka oli hyvä. Asiakkaiden tyytyväisyydestä pidetään hyvää huolta. Vanhaan kaupunkiin oli noin vartin kävely, mutta etäisyys ei haitannut meitä. Alhambraan pääsi sujuvasti hotellilta omalla autolla.

Cons:

Käytävän äänet kuuluivat jonkin verran huoneeseen, mutta illalla meidän huoneen läheisyydessä oli kuitenkin ihan rauhallista.

Buen hotel
Pros:

Habitación cuádruple muy chula, amplia y nueva. Cafetería del hotel donde tb daban algo de comer muy confortable y cómoda.

Cons:

Piscinas súper pequeñas y masificadas. Imposible ni bañarse ni tomar el sol
