La piscina es pequeña para tanto usuario. Un poco laberíntico. No hay muchas cosas que no nos gustasen.

Cons:

The pool didn’t seem clean and had a strong smell. Facilities would need a good renovation and wifi was weak. I expected more for the cost.

Estancia agradable-ruido.
Pros:

La habitación era amplia, camas confortables, Desayuno correcto y buena comunicación con el centro.

Cons:

El baño pequeño, poca luz en la parte de la bañera. La insonorización es muy mala, se oía todo del exterior, ruido de tráfico, voces de personas,... también se oían las conversaciones de las habitaciones de al lado. La limpieza escasa en el baño, no repusieron jabón de manos ni papel higiénico durante 2 días seguidos, finalmente lo pedimos a recepción y si que vino una persona a reponerlo. Piscina climatizada algo pequeña para la capacidad del hotel. Parking caro para estar alojados en el hotel (18€ la noche y 15€ si estas más de 3 noches). En la calle imposible aparcar.

Lo mejor ha sido la atención del personal y la implicación de todo el equipo para intentar solucionar cualquier problema, especialmente Raquel, cuyo trato y dedicación han sido excelentes.

Lo recomendamos sin duda
Pros:

La habitación fue maravillosa y el personal se portó genial con nosotros. Desayunar en el buffet fue un placer:espacioso y con mucha variedad. Por último quería felicitarles porque ahora que en los hoteles los niños son ninguneados e incluso “prohibidos”, aquí tuvieron muchos detalles con nuestro hijo. Además tienen una ludoteca donde pueden jugar después de un día de turismo.
