Non capisco i voti molto bassi presenti. È una struttura vecchia ma si vede anche dalle foto. Però è pulita. In un ottima posizione. Con staff gentile e attento.

Cons:

Stanze poco insonorizzate. Non ha aiutato la poca educazione dei vicini di stanza che continuavano a sbattere le porte a tutte le ore della notte.

Clean but very basic. Take ear plugs and a duvet.
Pros:

Where do you start.
The location is great very near Luceros providing a quick walk to get the airport bus stop, (number 6). Its about 15 minutes walk to the harbour/beach.
Checking in was straightforward with a young trainee girl who did very well....thank you and we hope that your chosen career goes well.
Checking out was different with perhaps the most miserable chap in Alicante who barely acknowledged our existence.
The building is interesting, probably built in the 60's or early 70's, with original features such as the doors into the public rooms and the stairwell balustrade and the 'No Molesten', (Do not disturb'), illuminated sign outside each door which no longer work, but were probably cutting edge technology in its day. It also means that the rooms are original too as clearly no one has spent a penny on the place since it was built, with probably the original bath and wash basin.
The room was big but the walls are paper thin and you can hear everyone clattering down the corridors.....take ear plugs if you decide to stay.
The bed was comfortable and the room clean.....but see 'what didn't you like'

Cons:

The room was cold...we visited in March....the 'air conditioning' a bulky, floor standing machine, which may or may not have been an air conditioning unit or some sort of heater didn't work or if it did it was controlled centrally somewhere and was 'off'.
The bed covering had one sheet, which might be fine in summer....but winter?
An additional blanket was supplied and could be found in the walk in cupboard, (which had the added feature of peeling wall paper), but the blanket probably had more dust in it than the Sahara desert so we spent a chilly night.....it was too late to move hotels.
Pretty sure that won't bother again, interesting architectural features or not.

A környék nagyo jó a szálloda elhelyezkedése kiváló. A központ gyalogosan elérhető.

Cons:

A szálloda nagyon régi bútorokkal van felszerelve, szigetelés zéró, utcáról, folyosóról minden hallatszik. Az ágy, a bútor nagy ósdi, fűteni nem lehetett, borzalmas hideg volt a szobában, februári tartózkodás.

Lokalizacja idealna i cisza w nocy :) brak dźwięku ulicy w samym centrum!
