The staff was great
Some electric outlets didn’t work. A little too much scent in hallways. Could use a refresh
Emplacement
I have known the hotel for years and stayed there more than once. Great staff, location and services. The place is clean and is regularly maintained so.
It is my conviction that every hotel room should have as least one comfi and soft armchair, unlike the plastic and tiny armchairs in every room that Cram has. This, I believe, can be easily rectified. The rest is fine.
