Ensi kerralla tilaan huoneen suoraan hotellista.
Pros:

Aamiainen oli todella hyvä. Monipuolinen. Ruokasali oli suuri ja henkilökunta korjasi käytetyt astiat nopeasti pois.
Majoitushuone oli rauhallinen.

Cons:

Majoitushuoneessa ei ollut kylmäkaapipia. Minulla oli eväitä mukanani.
Huoneessa ei ollut yövaloa. Ei pystynyt lukemaan vuoteessa. Toilettiin meno yöllä oli hankalaa, kun piti käsin tunnustella seiniä pimeässä ja etsiä kattovalon katkaisinta.
Näköala 4 kerroksen huoneesta oli rajoitettu. Huoneen alapuolella oli katos, joka peitti järvimaiseman kokonaan.

Huoneet likaisia, vettä vuosi parvekkeen ovesta lattialle sateella.

Cons:

Asiakaspalvelu todella töykeää respassa. Henkilökunta pyöri lämmittelemässä eväitä mikrossa eikä kukaan edes tervehtinyt tiskillä.

Aamiainen oli erinomainen, siisteys hyvä. Kylpylä mukava.

Cons:

Hotellissa tuntui olevan kovin vähän henkilökuntaa ja paikat kaipaisivat remonttia. Näytti paikoin nuhjuiselta. Huoneen äänieristys oli huono ja parvekkeen ”maisema” epäsiisti.

Saatiin hyvin levättyä, kylvettyä ja syötyä, oli onneksi rauhallista vaikka oli paljon väkeä.
Cons:

Huoneessamme oli siivouksen jäljiltä nikotiinipussi vessan lattialla. Meillä 1-vuotias tytär joka olisi voinut saada sen suuhunsa, onneksi huomasin sen ensiksi. Menin tiskille pussin kanssa enkä saanut minkäänlaista vastausta tai pahoittelua. Ruoka oli kohtalaisen hyvää ja muut tilat siistit, leikkihuone oli kiva!

Ich war schon lange nicht mehr in einem so schlechtem Hotel untergebracht
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war hervorragend . Man konnte super spazieren gehen und die Umgebung genießen.

Cons:

Der Teppichboden im Restaurant war voll mit Flecken , dass mir schon beim Anblick der Appetit vergangen ist. Das Angebot beim Frühstück war auch katastrophal und ungepflegt. Selbst das Besteck war nicht sauber.
Ich kann auch nicht versehen , dass man bei so einer Preisklasse zum Frühstück nur normalen Kaffee anbietet, weder warme Milch noch einen Cappucino oder Latte macchiato.
Zu dem Zimmer möchte ich nur noch sagen, das Zimmer war total abgewohnt.
