Wonderful stay. Will absolutely be back.
Pros:

This resort is exceptional for many reasons. The ocean view was spectacular, the restaurant was delicious for dinner and breakfast. The spa was very inviting and relaxing. Our beach walk at sunrise and sunset was just gorgeous.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that I had to purchase coffee each morning. I also think that it would not be such a sticker shock for valet if it were just included in the price of the resort.

Good but the last night we were there, people were moving furniture around loudly and moving carts.
Pros:

John, the man working the beach was phenomenal! We have now stayed at this resort 4 times and the last two times he was very quick. He never let us go hungry or without water. A few years ago, I was assisted by another gentleman named Adam. He was also just as friendly.

Cons:

The woman working the pool area was friendly, but when we placed our order, it ended up not coming out and the food was cold and the salad was hot when it did. She tried her best to serve everyone, but we constantly kept getting passed up or neglected. I didn’t realize how important drinking water was at the pool/ beach was. Because we stayed at the pool this last time, the wind was terrible and my throat was so inflamed from having a hard time getting water.


We were kept up the last night/ morning around 2-4am June 19th. I’m assuming workers were moving furniture and moving carts talking loudly. They definitely kept us up for hours.

Her attention to detail, prompt assistance, and positive attitude made a lasting impression. Any questions or requests were handled efficiently and with a smile, making me feel valued as guest. It is clear that she takes great pride in her work and set a high standard for customer service.

Thank you for going above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience. Your professionalism and hospitality are truly an asset to the hotel. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel because of the exceptional service I received from Hannah Bogart.

La ubicación de este lugar es absolutamente perfecta para mi ! Playa justo en el hotel un restaurante al lado del hotel un Publix muy cerca otros caminos que conducen a la playa alrededor del lugar cuando están caminando
El desayuno para dos personas fue alrededor de 80 dólares como referencia para ti y tu familia

Cons:

Es un hotel que se ve y se siente descuidado, yo diría que ni 4 estrellas quizás 3 vendrían mejor
Pague extra por una habitación con vista al mar y balcón el balcón se sentía tan sucio y abandonado con moho que no me senté ahí nunca hay unos amaneceres bellos y en ese sentido valió la pena pero muy sucio sin pintar
Los elevadores también muy viejos bastante abandonados
