Hotel nuevo, bonito, muy cómodo, camas y almohadas cómodas, todo nuevo. Limpieza adecuada. Ubicación ideal frente a una parada de taxis.
No me gustó que a las 5 de la tarde no pudiera comer nada en la cafetería. Un sandwich es fácil de hacer. Hay personas que por sus horarios de viaje no han podido comer hasta llegar al hotel, y no había opciones cercanas para comer (todo estaba cerrado). En el hotel no había nada que pudiéramos comer, ni una triste máquina con unas patatas fritas y eso fue bastante incómodo. El desayuno no es adecuado para un hotel de casi 200 €/noche. Es escaso y malo. Bollería seca y sin sabor. Café con leche muy malo (la leche brillaba por su ausencia). Tampoco me gustó el frío extremo al entrar en la habitación por culpa del aire acondicionado. Y no me gustó que las llaves de la luz a ambos lados de la cama estuvieran pegajosas (eran varias y todas estaban pegajosas, fue desagradable). Son detalles que para un hotel de este precio no son aceptables.

Hotel con entrada fácil desde autovía.A 2 minutos están las escaleras mecánicas que te llevan al centro de Toledo.Parking en hotel que nos dejaron estar más tiempo después del check out detalle muy importante.En la puerta del hotel hay aparcamiento de zona naranja pero mejor en el parking del hotel.Muy limpio,muy fresquito con el calor que hacía en Toledo se agradece.Desayuno buffet muy extenso.

Estacionamento 14€/dia , pedimos para ficar mais duas horas no último dia e foram inflexíveis.
