A completely relaxing stay
Pros:

The location is extremely convenient; very close to the escalators leading to the Alcazar of Toledo. The room was very spacious with a veranda overlooking the old city of Toledo. The bathroom was super and the bed as well. We also find the parking facility very convenient.

La compra y reserva que hice es la que hice.......Preguntar si prefiero una cama separada me pareció una indiscrepción TOTAL !!!
La persona que me atendió valoro algo que no debía.
Lo hizo antes de pedir los DNI.( Por justificar algo)
De todas formas yo iba con una persona mayor de edad y la recepcionista, NO creo que deba de pensar mis intenciones .
MiI hija tienes 28 años. Yo 60.
De todas formas podría ir con quien me de la gana y hacer lo que me de gana siempre que sea mayor de edad y yo no oblige a nadie ha hacer nada .
Todo lo demás ..... Se lo podría ahorrar xk corta el punto a la estancia .
Tb podría decir que no es de recibo abrir una cama y encontrarte pelos !

Super hotel avec parking fermé, bar et restaurant.
Le meilleur dans sa tranche tarifaire, que nous ayons eu en 20 jours de roadtrip avec les mêmes critères de sélection. Grande chambre, confortable, salle de bain parfaite.
Personnel au top, emplacement de choix, à proximité de L'escalator qui conduit au centre ville.
Menu très bon et pas cher pour le soir. Petit déjeuner très complet. A recommander

La principal ventaja del hotel es su excelente ubicación, que permite desplazarse fácilmente a los principales puntos de interés y acceder con comodidad a cualquier zona de la ciudad.

Cons:

El aparcamiento ofrecido por el hotel es uno de sus puntos más débiles. Dispone de muy pocas plazas y no es posible conocer su disponibilidad hasta el momento de la llegada, lo que puede generar inconvenientes si se viaja en coche.

Por otro lado, el desayuno tipo buffet ofrece una variedad de productos bastante limitada. Además, las opciones para personas con intolerancia a la lactosa o al gluten son escasas. Como aspecto a mejorar, el personal encargado del buffet no parecía disponer de información clara sobre los alérgenos e intolerancias presentes en los alimentos, lo que dificulta la elección de opciones seguras para quienes tienen necesidades alimentarias específicas.
