Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Wir hatten ein sehr gutes und reichliches Frühstück.
Das Zimmer war gut eingerichtet und sauber.
Die Lage zum Bergbau-Museum und auch in die Innenstadt war hervorragend.

Cons:

Der Einstieg der Dusche war eng und nicht sehr komfortabel.

Pros:

Wir konnten das gepäck im Hotel nach dem Auschecken noch da lassen.
Die Rezeptionistin am Morgen war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Der Boden war sehr dreckig (fleckig, Wollmäuse am nachttisch, Haare von anderen Gästen im Bad).
Der Vorhang war kaputt, so dass wir den Raum nicht komplett abdunkeln konnten.
Das housekeeping Team hat morgens angeklopft, obwohl wir extra das Schild außen an die Tür gehängt hatten, dass wir nicht gestört werden möchten, weil wir am Abend vorher erst sehr spät angekommen sind und erschöpft waren.
Die Rezeptionistin am Abend war überfordert, uns Getränke an der benachbarten Bar auszugeben, mit der Begründung dass sie alleine arbeitete. Wir waren etwas überrascht, weil wir bisher immer Getränke bekommen haben, wir haben hier schon sehr oft übernachtet und an der Rezeption war immer nur eine Person.

Für eine Übernachtung bzw. Kurzurlaub reicht es aus.
Pros:

Das Bett war sehr bequem.

Cons:

Die Dusche war sehr eng. Im Zimmer stand ein Ventilator mit einem kaputten Fuß. Der Boden war nicht 100%-ig sauber. Alles in allem war es aber in Ordnung für eine Nacht.

Wir waren insgesamt zufrieden und kommen durchaus wieder.
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, viele Örtlichkeiten in der Stadtmitte sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. Zum Musical benötigt man aber das Auto oder öffentliche. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Cons:

Leider war es nicht ordentlich sauber gemacht. Es War noch cer gesamte Müll der Vorgänger im Abfalleimer und auf dem Balkon lagen zwei noch teils gefüllte Pizzaschachteln, über die sich Vögel hergemacht haben. Sehr sehr unappetitlich und dadurch war auch der Abfluß auf dem Balkon verstopft und das Wasser stand dort. Allerdings nach einer Aufforderung an der Rezeption wurde es größtenteils entfernt.
