Pros:

It is very beautiful inside the hotel and absolutely stunning if you have a river view room.

The food at the restaurant was very good and staff were super nice!

We very much enjoyed our stay and will be back for sure!

The good and bad...
Pros:

The bad: Had to come back an hour later than check in.

Bedsheets had to be redone because they were not clean, table in my room looked like it belonged in a garage...time to replace it.

I rented a boardroom that was filthy, I had to take the linen off the table because it was full of pet hair. Chairs had stains and pet hair, room was not even vacuumed. The hallway to the boardroom was full of stuff on tables that made it look very unprofessional.

My deadbolt did not lock.

Positives: staff and service was all wonderful. Staff were professional and kind. Location is great, central, nice walking paths. Well equipped gym and lovely pool area. Lots of parking.

Great stay but avoid the restaurant
Pros:

Very comfortable bed. Warm and welcoming staff. Sadly a very poor restaurant experience. Many menu items were not available and we waited 1.5 hours for our food. My daughters food was wrong but since we waited so long she didn't dare have them replace it. My food didn't even arrive - everyone around me was finished eating and I had to ask again for my food. Sadly it was extremely bland and also crusted from sitting under the heat lamps. We enjoyed the hotel but wouldn't recommend or go back to the restaurant.

Best stay in Miramichi
Pros:

Beautiful hotel. Super quiet. River view room. Pets are acceptable and welcomed. The bed was super comfortable. The pool was heated. On-site restaurant is good. Overall, a relaxing experience. Highly recommend

Pros:

It was a quick work trip and had a great experience! Bonus since I was staying on a Tuesday, I received a complimentary drink voucher at the 1809 restaurant at the hotel!
