Pros:

I liked all staff members behaviour specially Sartak and Sheetal they guide very well and provide all facilities to me .

Overall ok but with room for improvement
Pros:

Breakfast was good. We also had dinner (kebab buffet) which was good too but I found pricey despite the 10% discount. The staff was professional.

Cons:

The room (263) had a connecting door (was locked) to the next door room but you could hear the sound from TV and the person talking on the phone as we wanted to sleep. There were only 2 less than half full toilet roles, which seemed a bit cheep. The warm water in the shower only got barely warm, not enough for a hot shower. Overall the hotel was a bit old. 2 weeks ago we stayed at Novotel aerocity and since the price for Radisson was higher, I would have expected at more upscale place, which it was not.

Always delivers, customer service A++
Pros:

I come back here again and again - it's the best in my opinion. Service is stellar, staff are fantastic. Food is good, facilities are great, rooms are great. Love the pool area. Super convenient, top quality hotel.

In general everyone was very accommodating. The hotel staff was amazing and very helpful.
Pros:

It was very convenient that a car is provided to go to and from the airport. Even in the middle of the night.
Early check-in was great, especially after the 30 hours travel time.

Cons:

I wasn't aware that I needed to request a car from the hotel at arrival. It should be somewhere in the arrival instruction. If those instruction exist, I missed them.
The light at the bar in the room was always on. I couldn't find a switch for it.
