Perfect location, food was excellent, staff were very helpful. We really enjoyed and in fact stayed an extra night.
We felt the lobby was a little small but this is a minor point.

Close to airport, reliable airport pick-up, comfortable stay
Unfortunately the hot buffet breakfast doesn’t start until 6.30am, and I had a morning international flight, which meant I didn’t get to have the proper breakfast that was included in my room rate. Given that this is an airport hotel, in my opinion I think the hot food should be available earlier.
We were told by reception staff on checking in that they didn’t offer transfer to airport however I had paperwork to prove that’s what we booked so we were sent to airport in Hotel Car….the bed was very hard

Отель удобно расположен рядом с терминалом 3 , у нас был бесплатный трансфер - встретили у гейта 4 с табличкой, на обратном пути отвезли в аэропорт. Мы брали полупансион - супер качество и разнообразие! Есть не только индийская еда , да и из индийской было что выбрать. Персонал чрезвычайно внимательный, и в ресторане, и везде. Приятные запахи на этаже и в лобби , для меня это важно. Отличная косметика в номере, всегда дают воду в больших стеклянных бутылках, в номере есть гладильная доска и утюг. Полотенца, постельное белье, сама кровать огромнейшая - все было великолепно , мне было очень приятно здесь.
Возникло непонимание при переписке с работниками ресепшн. Я написала, что карты не работают, могу оплатить наличными при заселении, мне ответили, что без проблем. Но за сутки до заезда написали, что без карты отменяется бронь , и ещё нужна предоплата 50 процентов, хотя на букинге было написано, что без предоплаты. В итоге бронь сохранили без предоплаты, но этот момент мне не понравился.
Breakfast was OUTSTANDING. I have travelled the world and this is one of the best breakfast selections of dietary and cuisine diversity I have come across
Room was outstanding. Spacious, equipped and though in close proximity to the city and airport, they have cleverly placed rolls of grass outside the window to give it a garden feeling.
Airport was about 10 minutes away but the hotel provided a shuttle car, which was extremely comfortable.
BTW... A little footnote. I attempted to tip staff on a number of occasions - carrying my luggage to my room, room service and some housekeeping ... but they said the hotel policy is no tips
Outside accommodation the add-ons were extremely expensive. I felt almost €70 for a bottle of bog-standard, run of the mill wine was exceptionally excessive! I bought the same bottle of wine prior at a cost of €11. Same vineyard, same wine, same year, same bottle!!!
The cost of drinks at the bar I felt were excessive. I found the dining experience in the hotel's restaurant, though food was outstanding and delicious, it was very "pricey"
