At the time of check-out in June 16 morning, I was informed that my invoice would be sent to me via email. I also provided my email address to the reception staff for this purpose. However, I have not yet received it, and I am facing challenge to get reimbursement as I have paid some portion in cash which I have no proof. I have been staying in this place since 2012 and never experienced this problem. However, this may be due to particular staff. I enjoyed my stay in 4005 for 10 days. I wish they would take more care on invoice issues in the future.

Pros:

Frühstück war ok leider der Käse etwas alt

Cons:

Ein Lüfter war im Raum verbaut, den man nicht anmachen konnte. Dann wären einem die Ohren abgefallen, der war echt laut und das Loch für die Abluft war zu gestopft. Warmwasser nur bedingt.

Great for the price and location
Pros:

It was easy to navigate. Staff were very friendly and explained the setup well. The room was clean and the single beds are large. It's in a very good location with plenty of restaurants and shops around.

Cons:

The parking situation is a bit awkward. You first have to pay €5 before getting a key to allow you to enter the garage meaning you have to find alternative temporary parking at first (however its easy to get from the carpark to the hotel building which is nice). On the way out, one of us had to run around to the front of the garage in order to open the exiting gate (the parking did seem to be under construction so maybe this will change in the future).

La localización es bastante buena, el hotel queda cerca de la estación Tannenbusch Mitte y de ahí se puede ir a la estación central (Bonn Hbf) en poco tiempo. Hay un centro comercial cerca y el barrio es tranquilo. La habitación contaba con balcón y el WiFi está bien, pero a veces era un poco lento

Cons:

En Google Maps no aparecen muchas opciones para llegar desde la estación central, quizás eso se puede mejorar. En general la estadía estuvo tranquila y cómoda
