AC did not cool our room at all. Breakfast had a nice range of choices.

Just a little bit hot when we are staying. The Hotel location is very good.

Great location. Spacious. Great receptionist and check in area. Curtain split kids area. Seperate toilet. Clean, coffee machine.

An extremely well equipped large room for a family of four including two teenager's not little ones! Lots of space, everything you could possibly want for an overnight stay enroute.
A lovely meal in hotel next door at a reasonable price. Staff were friendly and very understanding of my dodgy school french! Only downside was a very feeble fridge which really didn't get cold but hardly a bother in the grand scheme of things. Will definitely use the hitel xhain again.

Decent hotel….we stayed for 1 night and it was as expected. Overall pleased.

Check-in was very friendly and efficient. The room had everything we needed and we thought the milk in the fridge was a very nice touch

Nice hotel, friendly staff, plenty of space. Adjacent to Le Shuttle (Euro Tunnel)

This is next to the B&B 2 & 3 in an area around the shopping centre which is walkable.
Hotel staff were very friendly but we booked a family room and the electrics didn’t work which meant we couldn’t get into our room. Once the electrics had been reset by reception staff, our safe and air conditioning didn’t work. With 4 of us in the room, it was far too hot.

For a four star hotel. You’d expect restaurant

It was an OK stay, but the hotel is ageing, and it was far from being spotlessly clean. Otherwise, spacious room.

We arrived around midnight & reservation was not recognised despite having a receipt for payment in full. Tried numerous times & ended up buying another room at the same hotel.

Previously we sayed next door in 3 Etoiles, which turned out to be better than this 4 etoiles. Although the bathroom was an upgrade, that was the only upside. We booked a 2 bed room, however the second single bed resembled a put u-up and wasn't even made up. The room was cold, the heating controls weren't working or able to be controlled and although the Hotel was quiet, you could hear every car that drove past as we were adjacent to the road. We stayed twice in recent times in B&B etoile 3 and much preferred the ambiance an quietness. Both have access to a very large car park and both are positioned close to vaious restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Definiteley not 4* hotel. Good for late night sleep before taking le shuttle or ferry. Not the cleanest and not smell the best overall, but can’t expect too much from B&B hotel.. Slept in Executive Suite which has robes, complimentary soft drinks and snacks in fridge, coffee machine and kettle (kettle defo needs good clean- I wouldn’t use it). I don’t think I’d stay again.
