A marvelous and enchanting stay. Everything about the hotel was really outstanding.
The views and convenience make it a logical place for a memorable visit to Sicily. We were assisted with suggestions and reservations by the wonderful concierge, Karina. She went over and beyond to make it a special and amazing stay at the property.

I wish we could give 10 stars. The hotel itself is gorgeous and the location is phenomenal—but what makes it truly special are the people. The entire staff is so lovely and welcoming and kind that we were sad to leave them.

Joe the concierge repeatedly went above and beyond to help us. He even called our airline multiple times to help us sort out an issue. We felt looked after and taken care of in a way we have never experienced before—Every five star hotel should have a concierge like Joe!!!

Rosana and Nadia did an astounding job keeping our room sparkling clean and were delightful to chat with—I wish I could take them home with me!! In fact, the entire hotel was immaculate. I saw people washing door frames, smoke detectors, even emergency lights.

The entire bar staff—Carmen, Grazia, Giuseppe, Saso, and Vicky—were so sweet and delightful that we went back every single night. Carmen whipped up a cocktail on the spot based on my preferences that was the best I’ve ever had.

Aurora, Elena, Federica, Flavia, Katerina, and Mari are all so kind, cheerful, and helpful. And of course Domizia and Esmeralda at the spa are wonderful.

We love our time here at this Beautiful, stunning, hotel in Taormina very much and we already talking about coming back with our little one soon.
The hotel, the location is unbeatable as it located right near the cable car that will take you to the Taormina town in minutes. There's a plenty of restaurants near by within walking distance that you can walk to or to Isla Bella Island. The hotel located in the middle of the beautiful cove of the ocean, so I dont think any room you get will be a bad room. The hotel renovation was tasteful, beautiful, soft Italian chic w luxury touch everywhere. And now the best part...the People 🫶👍👌👏 that work there, the staffs, the concierge, restaurants staffs, everyone was beautiful, friendly, and eager to help, they make you feel right at home without too overbearing. I also have the pleasure of meeting beautiful Karina, who is the concierge at the time I was there, she was sooo nice, genuinely happy & extremely helpful and accommodating on everything we asked....restaurants recommendations, tips and little things like hour of operation to the theater in Taormina or helping us change our reservation, she always do it with a smile, genuineness and without hesitation. With this kind of assistance and care, we feel total at ease that we can trust the people to enhance our stay even better (Taormina is another beautiful experience that will deserve separate review)
As business owner, entrepreneurs, we can truly say, your business rely on the people you have on the ground, and this place got it righ!!! They have good people taking care of things!
I read so many reviews of other hotels before deciding on this one, and am so glad I did! It was truly memorable & beautiful time for our anniversary, thank you for making that happen.
The restaurant Amonia, on the terrace in the hotel was beautiful, amazing food and the whole evening vibe with the lighting, piano playing (that piano player was very good!) set up the most romantic vibe, looking out to the beautiful view in front of you! (I wish I could share that video I took)
Anyhow, its too much to write, you just have to experience it yourself! Amazing, best time of all!!! (And we been to 4 different 5 stars hotel on this trip) this one particular makes it most memorable one ❤️👏👌👍

Excellent hotel, staff were so professional and polite. The rooms were exceptionally clean. Franco and Giovanni could not do enough for us when we were around the pool. Fantastic location with amazing views over the bay.
Within easy walk of the cable cars which took us straight up to the town centre.
Would not hesitate to book again and the final touch of the hand made gift made it that little bit extra special.

decided to stay at mazzaro sea Palace after a good friend of mine, who visited in May, highly recommended it — and I’m so glad I listened! From the moment I arrived, I could see why he spoke so fondly of it. The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and perfectly located for exploring Taormina — everything is within easy reach, yet it still feels peaceful and relaxing.

The property has been recently renovated, and it shows: elegant décor, attention to detail, and a lovely balance between modern comfort and Sicilian charm.

A special mention goes to the reception team, who were always welcoming, professional, and ready to help with anything I needed. My room was absolutely immaculate, well maintained, and extremely comfortable — you can really tell how much care goes into keeping everything just right.

Overall, Mazzaro sea Palace exceeded my expectations in every way. I’ll definitely be coming back — and now I’ll be the one recommending it to my friends!

I was here last year and was pleasantly surprised to find a completely renovated Sea Palace! The new look is so breathtaking, the room is refined and recalls the colours of the sea! All the staff, especially housekeepers managers, were so friendly, cheerful and always ready to help us. we left a piece of our heart here and I think it has be come a regular stop for our holidays. Thank you

We spent two days in this beautiful hotel and what struck us the most was definitely all the staff.

It’s very difficult to find a hotel that has so many positive aspects all together. A part from the stunning location and the fantastic seaside , what makes this place so spacial is for sure the staff. Professionality combined with a lovely and warm attitude towards the client. I want to thank especially Franco ( Beach and pool staff) for his excellent service.

Amazing property with outstanding service! The staff was super friendly, all the food we had was delicious, beautiful views from the room and finally the beach & pool was also fabulous. Would highly recommend!

If you’ve ever stayed at Mazzaro sea Palace, you’ll know what a truly special place it is. From the moment you arrive, you’re surrounded by a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel instantly at home. The décor throughout the hotel is elegant and full of Sicilian charm – my room in particular featured beautiful details inspired by the island itself, with touches that recalled the stone of Mount Etna and the colours of the Mediterranean.

A special mention goes to the restaurant, where every meal feels like a small celebration – delicious dishes, beautifully presented, and served with genuine warmth. The bar staff are always friendly and full of energy, creating the perfect spot to unwind at the end of the day.

And a heartfelt thank you to the housekeeping team – always kind, always smiling, and taking care of every little detail. They even fold your clothes with such care that it truly feels as if you were at home.
