Soggiornare al Mazzarò Sea Palace è un’esperienza che rigenera i sensi. Il vero lusso qui è la posizione, svegliarsi con il suono delle onde e avere la baia di Mazzarò letteralmente ai propri piedi è impagabile. Fare colazione guardando il mare è il modo migliore per iniziare la giornata, tra granite artigianali e una vista mozzafiato…Personale impeccabile, colto e sempre pronto ad anticipare ogni desiderio con il tipico .
Camere eleganti e fresche! Un connubio perfetto tra l'esclusività di una spiaggia privata e il glamour di Taormina. Assolutamente consigliato per chi cerca un rifugio di classe direttamente sul mare.

Overpriced even if all deficiencies will be settled!
Pros:

The hotel was recently renovated and it looks great. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Behind the hotel there is a rail line and trains passing regularly are making a big noise. The doors to the terrace not closing properly leaving almost two centimeters gap from the doorframe therefore the wind and noise are getting in the rooms!!!!! The room private pool is not assuring any privacy!!!

The amenities provided are incredibly thoughtful. You aren't just getting a room; you’re getting a fully curated experience. They’ve thought of everything:

Pros:

Hotel położony jest w malowniczej zatoczce, widok z tarasu zniewalający, więc miejsce jest rzeczywiście na 100% piękne. Sam hotel zadbany, pokoje luksusowe, wygodne łóżka, biel pościeli nieskazitelna, w łazienkach szlafroki, kapcie, kosmetyki - wszystko czego mogą potrzebować goście hotelu.

Cons:

Cena za dobę jest dość wysoka, więc byliśmy zaskoczeni, że podczas checkoutu zaproponowano nam dodatkowo dopłacić za obsługę ok. 100€, niby napiwki za 3 doby.
Koktajle takie jak spritz kosztują 23€, a przy wymeldowaniu się policzyli nam +15% za przyniesienie🙄.
Zauważyliśmy również, że w pokojach bez napiwków nie zmieniają ręczników, a za parking policzono 40€ za dobę, chociaż wszędzie pisano, że cena jest 35€.
Śniadania ogólnie są bardzo słabe jak na taki luksusowy hotel, w którym doba kosztuje średnio 500€. W żadnym hotelu takiego poziomu nie widziałam na śniadaniach osobnego meni by za większy wybór jajęcznicy czy kanapek trzeba było dopłacać po 20€ lub nawet więcej.

A magical stay in Sicily
Pros:

A marvelous and enchanting stay. Everything about the hotel was really outstanding.
The views and convenience make it a logical place for a memorable visit to Sicily. We were assisted with suggestions and reservations by the wonderful concierge, Karina. She went over and beyond to make it a special and amazing stay at the property.
