Great value for money
Pros:

Everything, the staff was very friendly, the facilities and the private pool villa was stunning, also the beach fantastic.

Cons:

The moto GP circuit is a bit close, which can be disturbing if there is an event there. Other then that very good value for money!

Franchement au top !
Pros:

Personnel adorable, toujours souriant et qui vous salue à chaque fois qu’ils vous voient c’est génial.
Établissement propre
Chambres propres et bien nettoyées
Plage de fou ….! Paysage incroyable.
Beaucoup de choix au petit déjeuner (par contre les machines étaient toujours en panne pour faire du café ce qui provoquait beaucoup d’attente c’est dommage).
Carte du restaurant plutôt équilibrée pour celles et ceux qui font attention à leur ligne et pour les autres le choix est aussi la !

Cons:

Piscines : peut être un peu petites si l’hôtel devait être plus plein… on a eu la chance d’avoir peu de monde pendant notre séjour donc ça n’a pas posé soucis.

Bruit : j’ai vu les remarques comme quoi le circuit de moto provoquait pas mal de bruit mais pendant notre séjour (fin juin) nous n’avons rien entendu du tout !

Restaurant / boissons : un peu cher je trouve et la qualité n’est pas toujours au top.

Blachisserie : MEGA chère ! On a préféré donner notre linge à laver dans la ville à côté parce que sinon c’était vraiment abusé…!

La estancia fue genial pero considero que las habitaciones necesitan renovación y limpieza ya no es un hotel 5 estrellas
Pros:

Las instalaciones, el spa y la piscina junto a la playa están genial. El personal es súper amable y atento. La situación es muy buena y es tranquilo si buscas desconectar del ajetreo de Kuta

Pros:

Great staff. A most breathtaking setting. The sea and beach and backdrop was amazing.

Cons:

I didn't like the people and children constantly walking up and down the beach trying to sell you jewellery and general bits and pieces.

Pros:

The hotel is beachfront and the beach is excellent with amazing view of Bukit Seger. The design of the hotel is unique, we really like it. Breakfast is great.

Úgy fogadtak minket, hogy welcome to Paradise! Ès ez tènyleg így is van. Mi egy villában laktunk, mert a szobához nem volt teraszunk. A szâllodában több alkalommal is vacsoráztunk, igènybevettünk több szolgálatatást is ès mindennel maximálisan elègedettek voltunk. A szemèlyzet segítǒkèsz ès nagyon kedves.:) A reggeli svèdasztalos ès választèkos.

Cons:

Amikor mi voltunk nagy volt az apály-dagály. Dèlután nem lehetett fürdeni a tengerben. De ez a szálloda èrtèkelèsèt nem rontja.

The beach, the includes breakfast and the food in the restaurant.

Cons:

Staff's attitude vary. Most were nice and obliging, others overfamiliar. I left a beer unpaid as I forgot my wallet but told them I'd pay after I showered. I took a while and got a call on my room to pay, I told them I was getting ready to go down but they sent a boy to my room to collect payment and when I gave him the money he told me he didn't have all the change. It wasn't much, but it was clear he assumed I would accept it. The day I left, I called reception repeatedly for a porter to come for my luggage but they didn't reply, and I had to carry my suitcases 3 floors down but when I got to reception there were a few employees there.

Pros:

Tener la playa delante del hotel y la habitación con piscina privada es muy íntima

Cons:

Tener el circuito internacional Pertamina Landmark a escasos 300 metros del hotel hace que el ruido de los motores se escuche en todo el establecimiento, imposibilitando el descanso y la relajación que uno busca en un hotel de esta categoría y ubicación. Creo que el hotel debería avisar al realizar la reserva si se va a celebrar un evento en el circuito durante esas fechas.

Comfortable hotel in quiet area
Pros:

Our room was big, private and there was enough space to unpack our suitcases. I loved the bench/daybed on our patio.
We never felt crowded as the hotel premises are very big. Ali was very helpful when we rented scooters to explore the area.
A big thank you to the nail technician in the spa who fixed my broken nail free of charge!!
The Moto GP track is next to the hotel. You can visit it free of charge (use the red gate entrance) to watch the racers practice.

Cons:

I did not like the swimming pool, but the sea made up for it.

This place exemplifies paradise!
Pros:

We loved everything, this place is absolutely gorgeous, we were able to snorkel right off the beach and see some amazing sea life. The staff were so friendly and helpful, every interaction left me feeling lucky to be there. The food at the breakfast buffet and the restaurant was delicious and the room service was prompt. We hope we can come back again!

Cons:

There is a racetrack near by that you can often hear but nothing too intense.
