千萬不要訂最便宜的房型非常糟糕

協助預約接送服務不錯，價格也算優惠派的車型司機確實不錯。

房型幸好我們後來換成villa 因為真的連備品都差很多！但後面換的房型還不錯，還可以預約主廚來BBQ這個很棒。

服務人員都算有禮貌

我很不滿意要去換房，櫃檯一開始只告知我選擇最便宜房型其他房要加價，看完一輪我問我要現場換villa ，櫃檯告知第一晚無法但後面兩晚加價可以。第一晚我要求免費換房一開始櫃檯說經理不同意（因為旺季但其實是因為周遭剛好舉辦機車比賽）且這經理非常糟糕，不願意直接面對客訴我坐在櫃檯等他，他裝忙讓員工處理，我不滿意最後跟服務人員隔空用印尼文喊話才同意第一晚免費升等好一點的房型。

這飯店實在有太多缺點，因為它是這區第一個飯店所以設備真的都很老舊。kid club爛到不行，活動更是完全沒有經驗，真的是我住過最差的Novotal! 對這品牌真的不敢再信任。

這家經理決策更是誇張，前兩晚的happy hour 因為機車比賽要開始所以從我們第三晚這週開始取消！為什麼？就是要撈錢啊！真的第一次遇到活動坐地起價的飯店，不敢相信是Novotal 連鎖品牌我真的覺得這品牌很糟糕。

如果local 飯店人員不會英文我覺得可接受但Novotal 系列基本英文溝通真的是必須要加強！特別是廚房員工

性價比低，海灘小販有些煩人，裡面員工想自己做旅遊服務但收的比飯店還貴真的很扯

Brilliant stay
Pros:

Everything. Amazing breakfast buffet. Beautiful architecture and very comfortable villas. Sea is brilliant with the hotel having its own beach. Lovely Lovely staff

Super mooie architectuur en planten buiten. Lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt buffet. Strandstoelen en parasols op een privéstrand.

Cons:

Het restaurant is buiten, wat leuk en gezellig is, maar ook wel warm zonder airco. Het zou leuk zijn als ze een deel met tafels hadden met airco voor degene die niet in de hitte willen eten. In de douche ontbrak conditioner en een strijkijzer wat ik in alle accommodatiez waar ik verbleef wel altijd in mijn kamer had. Het kraantjes water heeft een onaangename smaak.

Pros:

Villa with private pool was nice and clean. In particular the wooden parts need renovation soon. There are 9 curtains/blinds to close so if you need it dark to sleep better bring a sleeping mask. Quiet when there is no race on the track nearby otherwise it can be loud. Staff is nice and helpful.

Cons:

Not many vegetarian (no meat, no fish) options on the menu.

Le personnel était adorable, serviable, et nous ont meme trouvé des onde-onde qu’on arrivait pas à trouver !!! Ils étaient au top.

Piscine et plage agréable c’était sympa de voir le coucher de soleil depuis

Ils ont dû oublier le système d’insonorisation en construisant cet hôtel…. On entend absolument tous dans les chambres : les bruits du couloirs, les discussions de la chambre d’à côté, les discussions et bruit de la salle de bain du dessus. Un soir on a vraiment entendu quelqu’un vomir et un autre on a entendu quelqu’un au toilette…

Gros manque de rangement aussi, c’est pas du tout pratique.

Petit dej moyen, sans plus, mais sans cata non plus

Excentré, bien prévoir un scooter !
