Lovely short break
Great choice superb service
The property was in the centre of Shrewsbury. Although the car parking was a five minute walk away from the hotel, we were able to come and go in our car having paid in advance for the parking fee. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I had booked four rooms for a reunion with friends, all were clean, spacious and serviced beautifully every day. The breakfast and service in the restaurant was also exceptional.
Nothing
This in our opinion was not a 4* hotel. It needs updating.
Great location, comfortable and friendly
Nothing
All the staff were lovely. The manager, I'm sorry, we didn't ask her name, was excellent. She is always lovely and spent a long time helping us find somewhere to eat.
Great location and fantastic service
Nothing
The breakfast was good and the building had a really interesting history. Great location in the centre of Shrewsbury.
Very small room and bathroom. Very dated decor. Uncomfortable small bed. A bit dirty, with mould on the bathroom ceiling.
Very central. A proper slide of old world charm. A spectacular breakfast room.
A little bit dated.
