Friendly staff, clean room, quiet and peaceful at night, comfortable mattress. Amazing and clean pool! My 5-year old loved the experience!

Good location and value for money

I think this is our fourth year staying here. We were looking for an overnight place to stay as part of our annual vacation trip that didn’t break the bank, and this place fits the bill. The rooms we’ve had have been clean and the beds are very comfortable. Calling it a resort is a bit aspirational, but it’s worked well for us as a reasonably priced option in the height of summer.

I was not impressed with this hotel. We stayed for a baseball tournament. The hotel lobby and halls were so hot. There isn’t a common area in the lobby for people to hang out. They kept the indoor heated pool propped open at all times which was unsafe for kids and made the hallway hot. They rented out the pool area for a party so random people were in the hotel and knocking on the door to ask to be let in. None of our kids wanted to swim with a random party. The bathroom outlet was not a GFI and the blow dryer blew a fuse. They didn’t have enough towels in the room Our shower door wouldn’t stay shut it rolled open and got water all over the floor. On the weekend they have a band outside and all the parking was taken up when we got home to people who came to go to the bar. During the time the band is there the door is propped open out back where any random person could walk in.

Interesting, the photos on the website are nothing like our room. Our room has chuncks out of the lamp shade, tons of stairs on the black out curtain, the stopper in the bathroom sink doesn't work, the shower leaks. We also had no hand soap, or Kleenex. THIS IS NOT A RESORT AND I WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND . PLUS WHEN WE CAME BACK LAST NIGHT, TWO COPS WERE HERE.

Newly renovated and super-clean rooms, a convenient location close to New Bedford and the beaches. Stayed in a room overlooking the harbor (delightful) and highway (plenty of traffic but we didn't hear it in the room at all). Will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area.

There was a mouse in our room. We went to the desk for a room change and refused to change our room. I have a video of theoyse running around our room and they did nothing but be rude and say it's only a mouse. Asked for a refund of that room only and they said no. It use to be nice before the new owners took it over. They put lipstick on a pig and just paint over all the mold and water damage

Nice unless you book a room that ends up being an odd number in the 400's, move rooms or hotel!
The Seaport Lounge plays loud music. Parking lot for the lounge has loud motorcycles & cars too.
Horrible!

Electricity didn't work on one half of room, missing TV remote, fridge broken all of our food spoiled, we were located right next to bar, terrible experience

Ottima posizione. Noi ci siamo stati solo una notte per proseguire un road trip e per questo lo consiglio visto che è una struttura molto essenziale. Comunque siamo stati bene.
