Very scenic location, good leisure facilities although busy pool. Good value for money, food at restaurant was good but food was different prices online
Lack of facilities in the room, no fridge or aircon.
Great location for us to visit family. Wonderful views from our room. Good choice of restaurants.
It was all good for us. In these days of everyone trying to cut costs and save money it provided what we needed for our stay.
Great stay lovely staff super helpful
More signage re poor mobility parking closer to doors have a damaged tendon and struggled up step and incline with case and bag
Location convenience cleanliness staff
Breakfast quality not as good as last year and a bit tasteless tbh, small bathroom but coped.
Clean rooms very comfortable
We weren’t told about parking charges at check in. No water in room , my wife had a hair in her sweet.

The steam room was amazing, really clean and got really hot didn't have time to go in the gym but looked like it had plenty of equipment and everywhere was very clean my room was very clean.
Not alot really everything was good only thing I would say is the bed was abit to hard but other then that it was an amazing stay with very helpful and nice staff.
Felt like being in a travel lodge. Very functional hotel
booked a accesable room at the castle green for our second visit after a really nice time a few months ago. they gave me a really nice room walk in shower big bed lounge area coudnt fault it . we had travelled a fair way so after unpacking went to the bar area for drink and some food only to be told no food today we have a chef problem and seeing as we were hungry and just got drinks we called our friends who were calling to see us soon to grab some sandwiches for us. they arrived and we had our cold gregs sarnies ( not good) and after sitting and chatting for 45 mins the waiter then serves the guy on the next table with burger and chips which left us a bit miffed to say the least . next morning we went for breakfast and have to say its the worst breakfast i have ever had , was a buffet b,fast but every thing had been left under the lights for ages sausage dry and shrivelled toms the same and the eggs had been there that long they had turned to rubber like the ones you get in a joke shop also coudnt find any body in the kitchen or any waiters or staff to ask for some fresh food to be cooked. all in all a very poor stay regarding the food problems . but will give it another try some time as it is a really nice hotel
Long corridor layout and stairs - just the way it was extended
