Efficient and well organised

Lots of space, lovely views and the staff are all so friendly and helpful.
We stayed for 2 nights and used the Oak conference room for a couple of days. Every member of staff were so helpful and more importantly happy to help, special shoutout to Chris who went out of his way to ensure our every need was catered for. Also the head chef who changed a meal on the menu to suit our needs. One last shout out to the breakfast chef who was very happy to see us all in the mornings. All in all a very enjoyable few days and we will definitely be back. Thank you
Our stay was brilliant from start to finish , kicked off with a lovely lady on reception Joanne , she couldn’t have been more helpful , friendly and professional, nothing too much trouble , made us feel very relaxed.

Service for food was very slow for both courses
Really good hotel for a short or long stay! Good food at the restaurant and bar. There’s a pub as well. The spa was really good and so was the gym, will defo give even some five star hotels run for their money.
The soundproofing is not as good at the property. Our room was opposite to a room where the hotel staff had their items stored and there was constant noise. Other than that can’t really fault the hotel at all.

Having to pay £10 per car at the property which is well outside the town was disgraceful.
The leisure facilities (steam room and pool) were very crammed.
General nice building with clear facilities and areas.
Two things in bedroom - no sockets next to bed and lack of decent light at makeup/desk area.
Lovely overnight stay at this Fabulous Hotel, lovely Breakfast, Beautiful views from the window. All the staff are very welcoming and friendly we will definitely be returning in the future 🙂

“Have you driven here sir?” “Yes” “I’m sorry I’m going to have to charge you for parking.” What a way to welcome guests. Rip off!
In reply to your response I did speak with a very grumpy male receptionist ,and was told what I left in the previous email ,,no response to the mould bathroom either that could be painted quite cheaply I could have said more the sheets were very worn and dingy and didn't smell clean if you want better reviews you should update your hotel
