The staff was very nice and helpful when checking in
The fact that we were not told we could not use chime when we got there I've been coming to this hotel for the last 2 years and there's never been a problem but when I get there I was told I cannot use that card so maybe this is something should be posted on the website cuz what if I didn't have a credit card on me I want to be able to stay that needs to be fixed right now
The staff were nice and helpful. The room was clean.
Location was sketchy. GPS had a hard time locating it. I had to call to get directions. The musty smell was overwhelming in my room. I had to go buy some fabreeze to tolerate the smell.
It was conveniently located, clean and the staff was friendly & kind.
They only have 1 handicap accessible room.
Blinds in room were broken. Morning sun light came into the room and little to early!

The staff was excellent, Bethany was delightful and helped us extremely well and so did the other female staff and male staff. That's was the only good thing about the hotel was the staff.
The king room flooded while getting a bath, then have me a double queen room that smelled like old musty mold, the TV didn't work for almost 2 hours until staff helped. The breakfast was cold and tasted old. Overall experience not very good or worth the $390 that paid to stay their. Parking is crazy with no outside lights to make you feel safe at all. Was no toilet paper in our room, just overall not worth the price and kind of ruined my visit with my family I went to visit
Convenient location. Friendly staff.
Facility could use a deep clean. Carpet in room was stained. The shower was moldy and smelled bad. The shower head was barely tall enough for me (5’6) to stand under. The air conditioning did not work well. No curtain on window and blinds were damaged so it was impossible to block out the morning sun.
The breakfast was absolutely delicious compared to other motels. The staff was exceptional. Bethany was very welcoming. I didn’t get the names of all of them but one of the ladies behind the desk joked with my husband that she would be his uber driver if he couldn’t get back that night. All the staff were very friendly even if they couldn’t speak English, they smiled and acted like they enjoyed their job.
The hotel was in an awkward place but we found it.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. They have a decent selection of snacks and drinks for when you get hungry. You have an issue? The desk is happy to help.
There's nothing to not like, but the TV controls were a bit confusing to figure out at first. Once I figured it out though it was super easy! This is totally trivial and definitely user error.
The location
There were a bunch of construction workers staying there, very loud music at night. The breakfast was empty couldn't keep up so all I had was cereal. The room was dirty shower wasn't cleaned when arrived. There was feces in the toilet and we found 2 dead cockroach in the restroom. There was no toilet paper had to ask front desk for more. The TV connection kept cutting off sontv worked only 2/2 the time. The parking was minimal and it dark outside no lighting. Just overall horrible
