Location - close to everything

Cons:

Reception - not helpful, no maps of area, no suggestions provided for dinner as your restaurant was closed
Rat/ Mouse poo in corridor
Water pressure in shower non existant
Had to pay for parking ????
Could here people next door - hotel was obviously quiet so why put people so close to each other

Pros:

The location, I chose the Verona so I was close to a choice of restaurants that I could walk to for dinner.

Cons:

There was a lot of street noise in the room. I could hear cars going up & down Rodeo drive
