Pros:

Location was great and also the meals that were included.

Cons:

Parking was tough. They had parking for guests but it was closed the 2 days we were there.

Perfect place for a stay in Oslo
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast and dinner are plentiful. The room was large and comfortable. There is a gym and sauna on site and with the location so close to everything it is the perfect place to stay.

Nettes angenehmes Hotel mit charmantem Personal.
Pros:

Die dichte Nähe zum Hafen und zum Rathausplatz. Trotz Streik eines Teils des Personals, waren alle anwesenden Personalkosten bemüht den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.

Cons:

Im Grunde eigentlich nix.

Great location, the staff very friendly and helpful.
Room was very comfortable and quiet with great shower and bed.
He chose half board as we only stayed 2 nights and both were great.

Cons:

Despite national cleaners strike all very neat and tidy.

Pros:

There was breakfast and dinner provided at the hotel which is a pretty nice perk if people are looking to save some money. The location isn't bad, it's about a ten minute walk from Oslo central station and the opera house.

Cons:

The bathroom could be larger but at least the shower doors were properly installed so water did not go everywhere.

Es waren großartige Tage und das Bastion ist wirklich zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, gemütlicher Nachmittagstee und das Abendbuffet - alles inkludiert, perfekt. Die Lage ist sensationell gut, in wenigen Minuten ist man an der Oper, am Hafen, im Munch-Museum oder auf der Festung. Die Altstadt ist auch in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.

Cons:

Zur Zeit gibt es eine Baustelle vor dem Hotel, die Fenster sind dafür aber super schalldicht und da wir immer unterwegs waren, hat das den Gesamteindruck nicht beeinflusst.

A poorly managed Hotel that withholds essential information to avoid cancellations
Pros:

Central location, quiet room, very good breakfast selection

Cons:

We built and booked our entire trip around being able to cancel our flights and room if anything were to happen to us or due to international events. We found out that the very hotel staff contacting us about our arrival time chose to withhold any information about the Norwegian hospitality workers strike, which began 3 weeks before our arrival. Booking.com also omitted to inform us. We found out during the check-in that our room would not be serviced during our 7-day long stay. In fact, the room in question had clearly not been dusted for the entire duration of the strike, not even when we were told that, out of courtesy, our beddings would be changed on the fourth day and the room cleaned (the reader should bear in mind that the word 'cleaned' only meant wiping the bathtub and the sink and emptying the trash bins). We refuse a room upgrade as it made no sense to move to a bigger room that would be more difficult to keep clean and asked Booking.com for fair compensation as we did not get a n essential service that we had paid for and were effectively robbed of the right to chose whether to cancel out trip to Oslo altogether, which we had paid a premium to have as we had spent a lot more on our flights and the hotel reservation to secure that option ,should unexpected event/s happen. As the reader might have already guessed, we received no compensation from the hotel nor a voucher to be spent on future reservations with Booking.com
We are still fuming about the whole situation as we would never expect this type of behaviour from a 4-star hotel and Booking .com

Чисто, прекрасный персонал, кухня просто бомбическая , очень очень вкусно. Отдельное спасибо кухне за прекрасный завтрак.

Девочки на ресепшн просто милые приветливые и очень улыбчивые - спасибо вам за настроение.

Cons:

Тапочки, зубная паста и щетки нажо покупать, такой опыт у меня впервые за 15 лет активных путешествий. 😂😂😂

Нет понятия уборка по умолчанию, только когда вы попросите и за отдельную плату... очень интересный подход. Но по моему не всем это особо нравится.

Вид из окна в стену , это просто дизлайк.

Не смарт тв.

В остальном все супер.

Weekend w Filharmonii
Pros:

Super lokalizacji, w centrum, blisko dworca, blisko opery i katedry. Sniadanie fantastyczne, dodatkowo w południe Fika i wieczorem prezent od hotelu niepłatna obiadokolacja. Personel miły, uprzejmy. Jezeli bedę w Oslo zatrzymam sie jeszcze raz w tym hotelu mimo iż z zewnątrz nie wygląda okazale.

Cons:

Nie mam uwag. Wszystko na miejscu.

La atención recibida por el personal, especialmente el staff de recepción.

Cons:

No es qur no me gustara, pero hubiera preferido que tanto el buffet del desayuno como el de la cena, incluyera más gastronomía local en lugar de lo "típico" que acabas comiendo en todas partes
