Beautiful hotel offering breakfast and dinner in the heart of Oslo
Pros:

We loved our stay. The breakfast and dinner was part of the room price. The food was so plentiful and delicious. There was a huge amount of choice at both meals. This was such a bonus, making our stay in Oslo that much easier. I loved the cosy little nooks that made the place feel homely.
The room was big, the beds comfortable and the bathroom very clean. I loved the fluffy robes in the room.
The hotel is well situated, very close to the opera and train station. It is a easy walk to the Fortress, shopping area and cafes/supermarkets.

El desayuno era muy bueno.
En la cena hubiera estado bien mayor variedades de ensaladas.
Se repetían las papas todas las noches pero la comida era buena.
El sauna y gimnasio muy buenos.

Pros:

La habitación es mínima como el baño. En tres noches no hicieron la cama. El desayuno muy bueno.

Cons:

Tamaño habitación y baño. Qué no hubiera servicio de limpieza en los cuartos.

A localização e ter jantar incluído

Cons:

A única coisa que penso que devia ser melhorada é a limpeza do quarto nos dias seguintes e a troca de toalhas. Não gostei de ter de trocar toalhas na receção, senti que estava num hostel

Excellent breakfast buffet. Varied and tasty.
Great self-service coffee machine with a wide selection of drinks.
Breakfast and dinner were included in the final price.
Very helpful reception and restaurant staff.
No brown sugar was available, but staff brought me some each morning at breakfast.
Quiet room facing the inner courtyard.
Good location.

Cons:

The hotel is expensive.
The Superior Double Room was surprisingly small for the price.
There was no safe in the room.
Only a few TV channels were available, and all of them were news channels.
Room cleaning is available only on request.

Posizione centrale.

Cons:

La possibilità di fare colazione con il cane in sala. Purtroppo però questo è un inconveniente di riscontro frequente in Norvegia tenuto conto che il soggiorno del cane è altrettanto spesso a pagamento, anche se solo per la prima notte.

Pros:

L'hotel è situato in una posizione perfetta per girare comodamente Oslo a piedi o con i mezzi (8min a piedi da Oslo S). La stanza anche se non spaziosa era ben organizzata (bagno piccolo con la doccia a "scomparsa" unica pecca). La formula colazione e cena è molto comoda soprattutto con bimbi piccoli.

Cons:

Durante lo stesso viaggio siamo stati nella stessa catena di hotel a Goteborg dove la qualità, la bontà e la varietà di cibo, oltre all'atmosfera dell'area dedicata ai pasti, era nettamente superiore. Sarebbe bello se si potesse replicare qui!

Pros:

Very nice staff. Half board menu options were super - lots of fresh salads, homemade soups and good main options. Amazing value relative to cost of eating out in Oslo. Nice exercise room & sauna too. Location is very convenient for train station & sites.

The location, friendliness of the staff, and breakfast and dinner were wonderful!

Cons:

The shower left something to be desired. Anytime you turned up the water pressure at all, the shower head either flipped up and started spraying water all over the bathroom, or fell off. Extremely frustrating!
