מלון בוטיק קטן בעיירה מתוקה. חדר ענק, נקי וחדש. תמורה מעולה למחיר!

מלון בוטיק קטן, שנראה חדש! חדר גדול ומרווח, מאוד נעים לשהות בו. מיטה ענקית ונוחה, טלוויזיה גדולה מולה. יש סלון קטן עם שתי כורסאות ושולחן, חדר רחצה גדול מאוד, ואף מרפסת קטנה. יש בחדר גם מכונת קפה ומקרר. החדר נקי מאוד.
בקומה יש מיקרו ומכונת קרח לשימוש האורחים. קיבלנו חטיפים ושמפנייה, וזו הייתה הפתעה נעימה!

ארוחת הבוקר נחמדה, אך טעונת שיפור. היו מעדנים, תותים טריים, מיץ תפוזים, מאפים עם גבינה וממרח תות, לחם ובייגלים. לא היו גבינות או חמאה, אז לא היה מה למרוח בלחם/בבייגל. מיץ התפוזים לא היה טעים.. היה קווקר להכנת דייסה, אבל לא היו מים חמים.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet, gross und hell. Ebenso das Badezimmer.
Ausserdem gab es noch ein zusätzliches Lavabo im Vorzimmer. Wirklich alles sehr grosszügig und schön.
Im Zimmer erwartete uns ausserdem eine Flasche Sekt und ein „Welcome-Basket“ - ein gelungener Start.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war sehr bescheiden. Nur Donuts, die getoastet werden konnten. Einige Jogurts standen bereit und zwei Schälchen mit Erdbeeren. Keine Brotaufstriche (Marmelade oder Honig), kein Käse.
Hier gibt es auf jeden Fall noch Luft nach oben.

The property has a lot of potential but the staff need significant training in multiple areas.
Pros:

Jose the housekeeper was the only courteous person at the property. He went out of his way to obtain items that were missing from the room.

Cons:

Robes and no slippers. Only 2 hangers for a king size room. No place to store luggage for guests who arrive early via the airport without a car. Breakfast wasn't acceptable. Pillows were awful. No extra blankets. The staff was rude upon arrival, not welcoming at all. The response when we arrived was "you are very early". We arrived at 11:30am. We weren't expecting to check-in, simply would like a place to store our hand luggage. The answer for all questions was "no".
