Night was quiet felt like home. Staff was great

Pillows were way too soft and had problems with tv remote. I could not access apps on tv.

According to there advertising,,they came up very short,.patio was filthy the bed was awful. While there was a little snack there was no amentitis , patio was right next to parking garage and dirty.i have requested a replacement and they have not responded.sent several letters only to be ignored.
