Estancia agradable y cómoda
Pros:

Está muy cerca de cualquier punto de interés. La calidad respecto al precio era correcto.
Habitación limpia y la camarera de pisos de la tercera planta un amor.
Las chicas del desayuno también son muy simpáticas.

The location was great

Cons:

The staff were unhelpful!! Our bathroom light didn't work and it was pitch black in there without it !! Our phones wouldn't charge and when we informed the worker he said come down and charge them at reception or leave. We didn't get good or detailed advice on how to get to the airport the next morning and the city was very difficult to navigate so good instructions would have been crucial for us !

Cons:

Moisissure sur les tapisseries. Odeur insoutenable.
Totalite chambre salle de bain salle.
Draps ok mais couverture jamais lavé inutilisable.
3ème lit un lit de camp dans lequel on a pas pu dormir. Scandaleux. Petit dejeuner mauvais cafe lait mauvais zero choix jambon fromage non frais yaourt bof...
Ne devrait même pas être proposé sur booking. La pire expérience de tous nos voyages.
Bien placé mais à respirer de la moisissure dès qu'on est dans la chambre... autant être moins bien placé...

Pros:

It belongs to Hotel Antico Panada (just in front of it), they share the same reception and breakfast room. See ratings for Antico Panada for more info...There was a lift and the TV had few internationl channels, even on German. No Moskitos in my room, which was very good.

Cons:

see ratings for Antico Panada, I had a single room with a very small shower (like in a cruise ship), but with window and view under the roof.

Beautiful Confusing Comfortable Stay
Pros:

Not sure what to say - we stayed at a connected hotel maybe? The room was awesome, definitely better than expected but it was not part of Hotel Diana.
They took us elsewhere near the square and even though it had no elevator to the floors, the room was amazingly big beautiful comfortable and had a great view.

Cons:

Maybe the hotel was overbooked, but it was too last minute to change the expectations (after paying loads of money, months in advance, we were hoping for a stay at the hotel we booked). But no. We got moved to a connected hotel. Luckily it was better than expected, even though it was not the Canal view we were expecting and booked the hotel for.

Excelente ubicación.

Cons:

Ya había estado previamente, pero en esta oportunidad el hotel se encontraba deteriorado. La habitación con paredes todas manchadas, poca iluminación, y habitación súper chica. El desayuno, muy poca variedad, espacio muy pequeño para comer y muy ruidoso.
Otro punto, que si bien lo sabía por mi estancia previa, el check in no se hace en el mismo hotel sino enfrente (al igual que el desayuno); este punto no se aclara en el momento de la compra sino que te llega un mensaje el día previo, es necesario estar atento.

Recomendable solo para viaje solo y estadía corta.
