What I liked: the hotel had a good location, a varied and high-quality breakfast with a wide selection and fresh omelets, and the room was clean

Cons:

the noise from the air conditioning unit, which made it impossible to relax, and also the view from the window, which overlooked a horse pen, so we could smell it on the hotel grounds. Additionally, the receptionist at check-in wasn’t very friendly—when we asked to change rooms to avoid the noise, she said it wasn’t possible that night due to being fully booked, but despite us asking twice more, no one followed up with us

Buena ubicación y habitaciones limpias, pero servicio mejorable
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, muy cerca de la playa y con bastantes plazas de aparcamiento en las calles cercanas. La habitación estaba muy limpia y el hotel en general tiene una decoración moderna y agradable. La zona es cómoda para moverse y disfrutar de los alrededores. También me gustó la tranquilidad y las vistas al mar.
Las chicas que me atendieron para check in y check out fueron muy amables
El desayuno del hotel está excelente, mucha variedad de comida y todo muy rico

Cons:

Aunque la habitación tenía vistas al mar, una zona arbolada tapaba parte de la vista. El hotel parece haber sido renovado, pero el suelo de las habitaciones se ve bastante antiguo en comparación con el resto de las instalaciones. Además, la puerta de cristal de la zona de la bañera no estaba bien fijada.

Lo peor fue el room service. Resultó muy difícil contactar por teléfono; en todas las veces nadie cogía el teléfono, en una ocasión tuve que llamar durante más de 30 minutos para que respondieran. Solicité un tenedor y una toalla de ducha y, después de varias horas, nadie los trajo. La atención en este aspecto necesita mejorar considerablemente

Tout était bien ! Proche de la plage , personnel à l'écoute et très gentil la chambre propre , les linges changer tous les jours.

Cons:

Manque d hygiène côté restaurant, pas très bien nettoyé après le passage des gens. Les assiettes du buffet pas très propre, manque de cuillères au buffet ! A améliorer
