Tolle Unterkunft in guter Lage

Super netter Empfang und Service, ausgezeichnet Essen und tolle Lage. Warmer Pool im Keller, Poll draußen mit direktem Zugang zum Meer

Cons:

Die Wartezeit beim Abend Buffet - die Zimmernunmern wurden im System nicht übernommen und 5 Abende wussten sie unsere bezahlte Halbpension nicht - zusätzlich musste jeder Gast warten und wurde zum Tisch geführt ohne selbst einen wählen zu können

Türen sind sehr Geräusch durchlässig
Abendprogramm sehr laut, dröhnt bis in den 9. Stock

Sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt. Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen.

Unsere Erfahrung in diesem Hotel war insgesamt sehr schlecht. Das Zimmer war bei Ankunft deutlich verschmutzt: Flecken auf den Handtüchern, Schmutz und Gebrauchsspuren auf Toilette und Waschbecken sowie sichtbare Flecken auf Bettwäsche und Möbeln. Insgesamt wirkte alles ungepflegt und unhygienisch. Wir sind sofort zur Rezeption gegangen, bekamen ein anderes Zimmer gezeigt. Dieses war jedoch in einem ähnlich schlechten Zustand.

Der Mitarbeiter reagierte genervt und teilte uns mit, dass er nichts mehr tun könne und wir bis zum nächsten Tag warten müssten. Eine Alternative (z. B. ein Upgrade in einen besseren Bereich wie „The Level“) wurde uns nicht angeboten.

Am nächsten Tag haben wir eine Rückerstattung angefragt, um ein anderes Hotel zu buchen. Die Rückerstattung wurde abgelehnt. Auch der Kontakt mit Booking.com war enttäuschend: Uns wurde zunächst Hilfe zugesichert, später hieß es, es konnte keine Einigung erzielt werden. Eine erneute Rückmeldung erfolgte nie.

Wir mussten letztlich vier Nächte in diesem dreckigen und heruntergekommenen Hotel bleiben.

Auch die Parkplatzsituation war eine Katastrophe. Wir sind nachts angekommen und hatten keinen Parkplatz, obwohl Parkplätze laut Beschreibung vorhanden sind. Uns wurde gesagt, dass diese nicht reservierbar sind, vor Ort hieß es dann jedoch, alle seien vergeben (obwohl der Parkplatz später oft leer war). Wir mussten daher im Parkverbot stehen, am nächsten Morgen um 08:00 wegfahren, sonst hätten wir eine Strafe von 80€ bekommen und anschließend jeden Tag etwa 1 km entfernt parken.

Ich habe zusätzlich gefragt, ob wir aufgrund der Umstände einen kostenfreien Parkplatz bekommen könnten. Eine Mitarbeiterin (Patricia) meinte, sie würde sich melden, sobald etwas frei ist. Eine Rückmeldung gab es wie erwartet nie. An einem Abend kamen wir zurück und der gesamte Parkplatz war leer.

Amazing hotel and well located
Pros:

The hotel is great! It is well located (just in front of the beach, close to bus stop, supermarkets and restaurants), has nice facilities (swimming pool, gym and spa), amazing breakfast, and activities for adults and kids. The room has a small fridge and a balcony.

Cons:

The communication by message did not work. The hot water in the shower oscillates a lot.
