Pros:

Все було чудово, особливо відношення персоналу. В нас був номер з гарним краєвидом та спеціальним обслуговуванням- Level, дуже радимо таку послугу, вона включає напої протягом дня та підвечірок з закусками та алкогольними напоями. Дівчина Тетяна з Level викладалась на всі 100

Enttäuschend! Die Fotos haben besser ausgesehen - leider

Die Lage war wirklich gut, aber die Ausstattung und das Essen lassen zu wünschen übrig. Ich bin generell sehr viel auf Reisen, nicht nir beruflich, aber die Qualität des Essens war ok, nicht herausragend. Buffett, aber ausser dem Brot war nichts wirklich gut. Ich hätte mir mehr spanische Küche erwartet. Der Strand und der Poolbereich war super

Am Pool war es extrem laut, dauernd Musik und der Nikki Beach gleich daneben war echt sehr laut. Gerade am Pool hat man permanent zwei Musikrichtungen. Ich wollte zwei Stunden am Nachmittag entspannen - das war unmöglich
Zusätzlich habe ich um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeter aber die riessige Klimaanlage am Dach unter uns hat das unmöglich gemacht. Davon war ich sehr enttäuscht, zumal ich extra um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten habe und das Hotel nicht ausgebucht war

Schade, eigentlich ein toller Platz mit top Ausblick aber kein 4 Sterne Verhalten
Pros:

Der Ausblick (den wir gebucht hatten). Die Lage direkt am Meer.
Der Ausblick von der Restaurantterrasse. Die höfliche Mitarbeiterin an der Hauptrezeption und beim Check in. Die Poolangebote. Das Unterhaltungsprogramm im Becken sowie die Lifemusik am Abend beim Essen. Das HousekeepingTeam war sehr ordentlich und freundlich.

Cons:

Das Essen beim Frühstück war eher wenig variantenreich und täglich gleich.
Die a la carte Variante war wie beim Abendessen geschmacklos und fad.

Das Abendessen (Buffet) war ebenfalls geschmacklos und fad und zudem immer kalt bis maximal lauwarm und die Speisen wurden in mehreren Metallbehältern die nur von 1-2 winzigen Lampe von oben gewärmt wurden angeboten. (Teilweise 3 Bleche mit nur 1 Lampe mittig zum wärmen).

Das Schlimmste:
Wir hatten am 2. Tag bemerkt, dass unser ‚The Level Zimmer mit Meerblick’ an mehreren Stellen Schimmel bzw. Dreck aufwies (unter anderem Schimmel neben dem Bett). Wir meldeten das in der The Level Rezeption und forderten ein anderes Zimmer bzw. die Möglichkeit früher abzureisen (Wir schrieben alles mithilfe des Internets auf spanisch und englisch zusammen um Missverständnisse zu verhindern und fügten Fotos bei). Die Mitarbeiterin reagierte sehr verständnislos, fast schon beleidigt und meinte es würde sich jemand bei uns melden.
Nach 1,5 Stunden Wartezeit im Zimmer entschieden wir uns den Tag noch zu nutzen und gingen in den Ort etwas Essen.
Nach mehr als 4 Stunden kamen wir zurück ins Hotel und fragten nach einem Telefonat mit Booking erneut (dieses Mal bei der Hauptrezeption) nach. Diese Mitarbeiterin reagierte viel freundlicher und verstand unser Problem - obwohl sie bis dahin nichts von der The Level Rezeption erfahren hatte. Sie gab uns ein verfügbares anderes Zimmer.
Als wir unsere Koffer wegen des Zimmerwechsels holen wollten, bemerkten wir einen stechenden Geruch. Wir sahen, dass mit Spachtelmasse (während wir auswärts und nicht im Zimmer waren) unser Schimmelbefall überspachtelt und unsichtbar gemacht wurde. Dummerweise vergas der Arbeiter sein ‚Werkzeug‘ neben unseren Zahnbürsten am Waschbecken. Somit hätte das Hotel (hätten wir nicht nochmal bei der Hauptrezeption nachgefragt und Booking informiert) den Schimmel einfach überspachtelt und uns im schimmligen, noch von der Spachtelmasse riechenden Zimmer zurück gelassen.

Not worth the price I paid $350/night
Pros:

We had an ocean view which was nice and the dinner/breakfast were nice too.

Cons:

For the amount that we paid the facilities incredibly old, the hallways made me feel like I was in the 1980s,and it was super loud, I could hear every footsteps, silverware clutter from downstairs, and I was on the second floor, people in the other rooms next to us. The “beach club “was super dingy in the pool was disappointing. The way the shower is designed it sprays all over half the bathroom.

Magnifique séjour !
Pros:

Le séjour s’est super bien passé ! L’hôtel offrait une très belle vue et l’emplacement était vraiment idéal. Le quartier était top, avec tout à proximité.
Un grand merci au personnel de l’accueil, qui a été adorable avec nous – notre chambre a même été surclassée, ce qui a été une très belle surprise. Et cerise sur le gâteau : la plage était littéralement en face de l’hôtel !

Für einen Kurztrip optimal
Pros:

Große geräumige Zimmer, sehr sauber, viele Liegen im Poolbereich, tolles Gym.

Cons:

Zu wenige Plätze auf der Terrasse beim Hauptbuffet, Personal etwas überfordert mit dem abräumen der Tische.
Da neben dem Hotel eine Pfedekoppel ist, hat es leider bei den Liegen sowie auf der Terrasse (Hauptbuffet) sehr nach Pferdemist gerochen.

Decent clean hotel
Pros:

We had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the property was clean and well-maintained, with good amenities. Right on the beach and surrounded with many good restaurants. The two pools were a highlight—very enjoyable, with plenty of fun sports activities that added to the experience. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, which was appreciated, though the coffee was quite disappointing.

However, there were a few downsides. Our room was very small for three people; there was no ventilation in the bathroom. Communication with some of the staff was difficult due to language barriers. Some staffs had no issue talking in English. When we had a plumbing issue, it took seven calls to finally get it resolved, which was frustrating and time-consuming.

Overall, it’s a decent place if you're looking for a clean hotel with great recreational options, but there’s definitely room for improvement in service and communication. For the price we paid, I expected a little more.

Cons:

Maintenance service, Coffee, some annoying staff that stopped you every day to talk about the pricing program.

Sonne, Pool und Strand - Top Hotel auch für Familien mit kleineren Kindern.
Pros:

Die Lage mit Pool und direkter Strandzugang. War alles top. Frühstück war sehr reichhalting und sehr schön / lecker.

Cons:

Wir hatten das Zimmer 624 mit Balkon und Seesicht. Irgendwie hat eine Lüftung vom Dack - Restaurant unten andauernd gequietscht, war extrem laut und non stop.... somit konnten wir die Balkontüre und den Balkon selbst nicht gross nutzen, weil der Lärm doch erheblich war. Schade. Ich habe es an der Reception gemeldet, dass dies ein Techniker doch bitte anschauen soll aber in den restlichen 4 Tagen als wir dort waren passierte leider nichts. Ansonsten Top Hotel, wirklich super.

Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen.
Pros:

Super Essen, sehr schöne Aussicht, das Personal war sehr nett und aufmerksam.
Sehr schöne Lage, bequeme Liegestühle, gutes Sportprogramm. Der Trainer Viktor steckt mit seiner Lebensfreude an.
