Excelente hotel para familias y vacaciones en Mallorca
Pros:

Nos encantó la experiencia en el hotel. Las instalaciones son increíbles, muy limpias y cómodas. El personal siempre fue muy amable y preocupado por cada detalle, haciéndonos sentir muy bien durante toda la estadía. Además, es un hotel ideal para ir con niños, ya que tiene espacios muy cómodos y un ambiente familiar. La vista es espectacular y el entorno natural alrededor del hotel hace que la experiencia sea aún más relajante y especial. La ubicación también es excelente.

Cons:

Como punto de mejora, el servicio de room service tenía muy poca variedad y además no funciona las 24 horas. También nos llamó la atención que en la cena incluida de media pensión cobraran el agua aparte.

Nice stay, would return
Pros:

The hotel is very nice, clean, comfy. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The activities for the kids are very active and my daughter loved it. They even gave her a gift when we left, amazing.

Cons:

The inside pool is very small for the size of the hotel. There was no staff monitoring the inside pool, which meant that kids were playing with balls without any respect (because the parents were not polite either). The outside pool had a lifeguard but he also did not intervene. On multiple occasions people were getting hit which led to uncomfortable situations. While this is a beach hotel, it is also not a entry hotel, so a certain level of control is expected.

Amazing place , amazing facilities, amazing staff , loved every minute of the stay
Pros:

Location , perfect near the beach , not far from the shops , restaurants and bar
Quiet place far away enough from the Magaluf strip where all the noise occurs

Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Strand nah, freundliches Personal und beim Buffet war für jeden etwas dabei

Cons:

für Kinder ist das Abend Buffet etwas zu spät. Erst ab 19 Uhr. Aber ansonsten fanden wir es sehr gut.

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Meliá Ho Tram Beach Resort. The staff were lovely and very attentive, the food was excellent, and the room was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. The whole resort had a very relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. I would happily stay here again.

Relaxing stay in quality hotel
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and nicely decorated hotel. Was at the quiet end of Magaluf which was good.

Cons:

On site parking was expensive and there was limited free on street parking in the neighbourhood.
