Trattati come numeri da spennare! Maiorca è un’isola splendida per varietà, natura e ambiente, ma purtroppo l’overtouris
Pros:

La camera Loft Vista Mare, molto spaziosa e confortevole, e la piscina, sicuramente tra gli aspetti migliori della struttura. Nel complesso, però, sono gli unici elementi che hanno realmente soddisfatto le nostre aspettative.

Cons:

Decisamente insufficiente la gestione della ristorazione, sia a colazione sia per la mezza pensione. Ambiente molto affollato rispetto agli spazi disponibili, organizzazione poco curata, qualità del cibo sotto le aspettative e, soprattutto, standard di pulizia e igiene che abbiamo trovato insufficienti. Considerando il prezzo pagato e il livello con cui viene presentata la struttura, ci aspettavamo decisamente di più.
Anche nelle aree comuni abbiamo percepito poca attenzione: in piscina, ad esempio, scarsa sorveglianza nonostante comportamenti vietati come tuffi e corse.
Più in generale abbiamo avuto la sensazione di una struttura fortemente orientata alla massimizzazione dei ricavi e ai servizi extra a pagamento, ma molto meno attenta alla qualità effettiva dell’esperienza. Prezzi elevati, servizi e assistenza limitati, poca cura dei dettagli e una qualità complessiva che, a nostro giudizio, non giustifica il costo del soggiorno.

Good and could repeate perfectly
Pros:

It was good, I like it the pool, the breakfast the staff, the location, so good.

Cons:

The rooms feel quite outdated, and some areas were either broken or not properly maintained. For example, the windows, bathroom, and kitchen area showed signs of wear and oxidation. Overall, I felt that the rooms could use more maintenance and attention to detail.

Also, the DJ music was too loud and played at quite a high volume throughout the entire dinner. It would have been nicer to have something more relaxed and chill at the beginning, as when you’re having dinner you also want to be able to talk and enjoy the atmosphere. The music could gradually become more lively later in the evening if the intention is to create more of a party atmosphere.

All good except the restaurant part
Pros:

Clean room, nice activities for children during the day, swimming pool is fine, friendly staff, excellent location.

Cons:

Water is not included for lunch and dinner. You need to pay for it, even if you have full board. Cuttlery is dirty. Waiting lines at the buffet. Quite limited choices for food at lunch and dinner. Deserts and fruits are a joke.

Grande hotel, ristrutturato con eleganza. Ricercato nei dettagli.
Ampi e accoglienti spazi comuni.
Piscina con lettini a disposizione.
Ampia sala per la colazione (noi non avevamo altri pasti inclusi) dove il buffet è ricchissimo.
Non ho mai visto un buffet più completo di questo.
Impareggiabile.
Possibilità di usufruire di un secondo ristorante italiano nel guardino dell'hotel al quale si accede anche dall' esterno.
Il nostro loft era ampio pulitissimo e moderno.
A 3 minuti a piedi alla grandissima spiaggia attrezzata di Platja d' Alcudia.

Rendben volt, jól felszerelt.
Pros:

Kozel volt a tengerhez, nagy medencéje volt, lehetett felpanziót kérni. Utolsó nap volt zuhany lehetőség.

Cons:

Egy szoba volt az egész családnak. Egy légtér.

Pros:

The stuff of the buffet restaurant, the room and the breakfast were really good

Cons:

The staff of the Bar were not very kind and did not speak English very well, which made it difficult to ask about the dishes on the menu if someone had an allergy or was pregnant. The glasses were ALWAYS dirty from the bar we did not get a clean glass even once.
