I liked that it was very close to the highway. The beds were comfortable. The front desk staff was very nice when we checked in.
The hotel is VERY dated and kind of falling apart. It looks dingy. Also, the toilet in our room was an industrial toilet with the flush handle that you do with your feet in a public bathroom. Breakfast was very limited and though it goes until 9:30, a lot of things were already out at 8:30 when we got down there.
The price was okay. The area didnt seem to bad but im not from Connecticut so I'm not really sure. The staff was nice. Breakfast was okay. There were eggs and meat and of course cereal, waffles, fruit and yogurt. There was a lot of people waiting to get in for breakfast, no judging if there were a lot of unhoused people that was eating Breakfast there, by the time I got to the hot food there was nothing really left.
The hotel elevator floors were peeling up and the room floors were a little sticky and warped. The bed was a little too soft for me. Had to wait about 10 minutes when I was checking for someone to come to the front but the lady was super nice and apologetic for making me wait.
One word is ROUGH. Especially the bathroom. Rust everywhere, door was bare closing, not very clean
Breakfast was good
Front Desk Was Very Rude
Room was clean and bed was comfortable
Someone had spit in the elevator and the surrounding area of building was bad. Woke up to a tractor type piece of equipment digging up the pavement right under my window at 7am
The comfort and a clean room courteous employees is a good breakfas
I didn't like the fact that they took my security deposit that I put down on a room for a homeless man with my card and cash
Location
Noon speaking English staff with horrible attitudes.
Awful. Do not stay here.
Staff were not around, no professionalism. No note at the desk to say they would return. When they did, no welcome, no direction to room or elevator. No information given about breakfast or anything. A fifteen year old could have done a better job. Same at check out.
People smoking right at the door, wandering aimlessly in and around the lobby, as if high. Did not seem safe.
Room not well cleaned, and AC incredibly loud all night.
Beds ok. Pillows awful.
Vending machines took our money and did not produce products.
Shame on me for not reading reviews before booking. Didn’t even think to look at the breakfast— would not trust the food after all the other unsavory issues. And wanted to get out as soon as possible.
I tried to book a room at the front desk and he quoted me o$142
I sat down and called and booked with Wndham rewards and got it for $121
I got to the room and the TV didn't work, so I called the front desk, and he said they needed to call the cable company.
I was tired after a long day of driving so I just went to bed and watched my phone. LOL!
The gentleman working the front desk was rude and had an attitude. I've dealt with him before at a different hotel, and his attitude is very off putting.
Discovered during our stay that the hotel rents rooms to the state for the homeless. Common areas smelled. Bed was uncomfortable. AC noisy. Being next door to a cannabis retailer was distasteful as the parking lot always smelled of pot. Would definitely have stayed elsewhere.
La ubicacion del apartamento
The towels seemed cleaned
The light fixtures were crooked on wall and flickered, the bathroom was covered with hair including on wall and ceiling, rust stains in tub, faucet didnt work, breakfast was half hour late, coffee carafe empty
