Construction and nighttime noise

No ground floor rooms for folks traveling with disabilities. Only second floor rooms. The elevators are small and can barely hold the luggage cart yet alone wheelchairs. I was with a disabled person, who was on oxygen 24/7. A fire alarm was set off but luckily it was a false alarm. There was a leak in my room, it finally stopped. I was offered another room but was too overwhelmed to change rooms because of all the oxygen equipment I would have to move plus suitcases.Then on our last night, the power went out in our room only at about midnight. It was the most stressful hotel stay I have ever had in my life traveling with someone disabled. I had to move my sister in a wheelchair and all her oxygen equipment after midnight to another room. I was so exhausted and overwhelmed and none of the staff offered to help me. And there was one front desk male individual who was so cold and didn’t have one bit of hospitality training to me when I checked in. I arrived at 2:40pm, check in time was at 3pm. I was hoping I could check in at least a few minutes early to get to my room and set up the oxygen machine. He was so cold and said that I would have to come back at 3pm. The cold look on his face made me so angry. He was the only rude one. The rest of the staff were great. So were the cleaners. I was disappointed with the egg choices at the breakfast. The eggs looked so artificial. I eat eggs every but would not touch those eggs. The sausages were good. I was reimbursed for two nights.

Front clerk was not very attentive.
The bathroom needs some maintenance.
And there were roaches

In room 203, our sink leaked, we were okay waiting for someone to come fix it but then when I tried to use the microwave, all of the lights went out. When I called the front desk, the manager told us that he will give us another room but there would be an up charge, when I told him I wasn’t going to pay for something that was an inconvenience, he told me that I could go somewhere else if I wanted to. After I informed him that I would contact Wyndham’s corp. because I knew this brand and have stayed many times and that this property was nowhere close to the brand that I knew, then he offered to change my room with no additional cost. He was extremely rude and was saying something very rudely in Spanish. We had to deal with a sewage smell in the hallway for two days!

Dirty, noisy, felt uncomfortable

The fact that the rooms were old and not what it was pictured on the website. The were no consistency in the way things were setup the shower leaked and in the second room I purchased everything worked

- Room was dirty and had hair everywhere on the bathroom floor.
- TV remote wasn't working. The Front Desk clerk made me nervously laugh as he simply too high (yeah smoking weed on duty) to know how properly put AA batteries in a replacement TV remote.
- Place felt sketchy and uncertain about neighborhood safety. Was worried about our vehicules safety overnight.
- Would have simply cancelled my stay and ask for a refund if I could have arrived a bit earlier from a long day of travelling.
