It’s a shelter dope, heads, running around you can’t eat your food downstairs. the juice machine was out of order the fire alarm ringing early in the morning. We have to go downstairs in the cold key cards never work horrible stay

The staff had a nasty attitude, you have people in the lobby nodding off a bunch of drug addicts . I believe some of the rooms are for people who live there maybe a senior building it smells like hot pee .
Location and cleanliness.
Fire alarm sounded while I was there. There was not fire however, thank heavens.
The staff at the front desk name was Habbie personality was very poor. He called the police on me because I questioned him charging me more money for earlier ck in also they have a grant for the homeless but act if he was to good to talk to them

I didn’t like the fact everyone was rude for no reason! And why I had to get the police called on me cause I was sitting at the with homeless people!!
Staff was awesome and it was clean.
Breakfast was a disaster, hard boiled eggs, juice machine not working!
Nothing. The elevator was broken upon our arrival
The light switch was broken so no lights coming into the room. NO outlets worked. The charging dock was broken. We are older and had to move heavy furniture to get to an outlet. The curtains were haphazardly hanging. The people next door were fighting and beating on the wall

I really loved the friendly staff. I have a service dog and it can be tough sometimes, but they were helpful and kind.
Ultimately the hotel was very smelly, like people were smoking cannabis inside all day and night. The hotels also an extended stay situation, so a lot of the guests live there. That’s something to share in advance. It’s also dirty around the grounds, liter everywhere, the smoking area post was broken, and the building is surrounded by industrial retail stores so there’s nothing to see. The heater was burning hot all night, and when I adjusted it - the thing started blowing cold air - I’m sure they would have fixed it if I asked but woof, for a few nights I figured why bother.
It's a No. Although the VERY sparse room was clean, the sink drain backed after brushing teeth. You could see lights & breeze coming through under sink and tub.
Seems like the hotel also shares space with some kind of shelter? The elevator was very slow & felt a little unsteady. The rate was really cheap ... but as they say you get what you pay for. On a positive note the front desk staff was nice and convenient right off highway
Customer service, bedroom, bed,everything except for the rate because they should have a last minute (lower rates for the rooms that are available that haven’t been able to rent
