Good Location. Away from the tourist crowds and with metro, tram, and bus stations nearby. Staff at the bar and cafeteria was extremely friendly and professional.

I really enjoyed my stay as I wanted a hotel that was quiet, clean and comfortable for a rest after long flight - this was the perfect place for that. I found the front desk staff friendly and helpful - the onsite restaurant was convenient - many options for eating other than hotel. The area felt very safe. The only negative would be that the area was very residential so it probably won't be a place I stay next visit to Barcelona.

Staff was nice and provided us with information about city. Felt like they were family. There is a restaurant next to hotel that can be noisy at night so I would consider that if you choose to book here. But ear plugs can help with noise. Rooms are spacious and have mini fridge.

Alex at the front desk was amazing, if it wasn't for him our trip would not have been as we expected, he went above and beyond for us to ensure our time was enjoyable.

I have only put 4/5 stars for 'Staff' as upon checkout we were questioned about an outstanding amount for breakfast, which Alex had originally advised would be complimentary at time of check in as a gesture of goodwill, the staff member upon checking out was not aware of this which delayed us exiting the hotel enroute to the airport, this particular staff member did not come across as professional at all making quite unusual faces without talking, there was no language barrier either, it made my wife uncomfortable, my advice would be to ensure notes are made against clients profiles to ensure a streamline process, please note Alex was again wonderful with everything else.
