Cleanliness
9.2
Mostly praised as very clean and well maintained; multiple guests called rooms 'very clean' and 'comfortable'. One guest noted an issue with a room ceiling (five-floor room) but overall cleanliness is strong.
Service
9.4
Consistently highlighted as excellent and helpful — staff named positively (e.g., Angéle, Stanley). Multiple reviews praise friendly, attentive service and support when plans changed.
Location
9.6
Repeatedly described as excellent and ideal for sightseeing — central, close to cafés, restaurants and a metro; many guests cited the location as a primary positive.
Room Quality
9.2
Rooms are frequently described as comfortable, spacious and well-appointed (some with small balconies). A few issues mentioned include shower temperature control and one unusual ceiling design in a specific room.
Amenities
8.2
Amenities are limited: several guests noted a small lounge, small lobby and no bar/restaurant area. Toiletry refill (e.g., body cream) was mentioned once as nearly empty.
Value for Money
9
Generally regarded as good value for the location and level of service; one review explicitly mentioned good value for price.
Food and Beverage
7.4
Most criticism relates to breakfast: limited choices, congested dining room, and a cramped breakfast area; a few guests noted quality here is below the otherwise high standards.
Overall Experience
9.2
Overall very positive — many guests said they'd return or highly recommend the hotel. Minor issues (breakfast congestion, occasional noise, small lounge) did not significantly detract from the overall stay.

除天花板其他都很滿意
Pros:

位置很棒，購物跟一些景點都很近

Cons:

五樓房間的天花板是枕木，看起來其實不太舒服，建議改成平鋪的天花板比較現代整潔

Pros:

Location was excellent for meeting our friends who were in Paris for a few days and also great for our visiting daughter. The staff were amazingly helpful, especially Angéle, who supported us when our plans changed slightly.
I liked the little reception lounge and the bath was great.

Cons:

Breakfast was not of the same quality as the staff and the cleanliness factor. The dining room was so congested and offered no comfort in eating. The choice of both croissants and breads were limited. Really the space inhibited the service (he was trung) but when you are in such a crowded space and people are speaking loudly around you, it is not in anyway a good way to start the day. Limited foods (we are French and Australian and have travelled widely)
