The price-to-value ratio is very poor.

For these prices, there are much cleaner and much nicer hotels with balcony rooms where you can truly enjoy the Paris view.

The hotel is not as new as it looks in the photos; it is actually quite old. Also, the rooms are not very clean.

Most likely, the laundry area and the kitchen are in the same place. All the bathrobes and towels that were replaced smelled like oil — the same oils you notice during the famous breakfast.

The room had no view; it was dark and gloomy. I also mentioned that I cannot sleep on soft pillows and asked if they had a firmer option, but they said they only have one type of pillow. Strange.

Overall, I was not satisfied because I have stayed in much more fantastic and higher-quality hotels in Paris for much better prices. The price-performance ratio is extremely poor — trust me.

Pros:

L’accueil du personnel; le confort de la chambre et du lit.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner est très bien mais la salle pour nous accueillir un peu trop petite. Il n’y a pas de place pour tout le monde et nous sommes un peu à l’étroit.

Pros:

部屋が清潔でひろびろしていて、トイレバス別、バスタブとシャワールームが別。水圧も高い
バスタオル、ふっかふか。電気設備も最新式。冷暖房完備。しっかり内装が新しい。水回りもきれい。
ベランダ付のお部屋では、ベランダでタバコが吸える。これはありがたい。
パリなので、ホテル前で吸っていても何も問題ないですけどね。室内はダメです。禁煙です。
冷蔵庫、エスプレッソマシーン、電気ケトルがついてる。毎日ガラスボトルに入った水が用意されてる。
コンセントもたくさんあって（変換プラグは持参してください）枕元には、USBーAの差し込みあり。USB－Cタイプではない。

アメニティ、ディプティクのシャンプー、トリートメント、ボディソープが完備、めちゃいい匂い。
スリッパ、バスポーブ有、ヘアドライヤーの威力も強い。夜にはベッドサイドにチョコレート用意してくれる。
不満が何もない。金額はそれなりで、３人で円換算すると一泊１５万円くらいでした。（朝食なし）
これは、日本の為替の問題なので、ホテルは何も悪くないです。
マドレーヌ駅が、すぐそば！マクドナルドも、モノプリのコンビニ版も徒歩２分。
ホテルの周りには、３件ほどカフェがあり。ホテルの朝食は食べてないので分かりません。
サントノーレ通りにあり、ヴァンドーム広場、ブランドの本店様も徒歩圏内にほぼあります。

どこに出かけるにも便利、最高の拠点となりました。

立地最高
マドレーヌ駅14番線はエスカレーターもエレベーターもしっかりしてるので、リヨン駅からも、シャルル・ド・ゴール空港へも、タクシーを使う必要がありませんでした（日中だったため）。
お部屋もアップグレードだジュニアスイートにしてくださり、広々最高でした

Cons:

朝ごはんは期待以上でも以下でもなく、普通でした。
