Excelente ubicación, a una cuadra de la estación de Metro en Avenida Liberdade y en una zona de la ciudad muy segura y agradable. La habitación ok, no es grande, pero tiene un minibar, aire acondicionado silencioso. Falta un poco de mantenimiento en las instalaciones.

Cons:

Falta de coordinación entre los empleados de recepción; el día del check out debía salir muy temprano para tomar el tren a Porto, me ofrecieron un box lunch, pero llegado el momento la persona en la recepción me dijo que eso debía coordinarlo el día anterior. Felizmente solucionaron el impase.

Pros:

Hotel excelente, próximo de tudo, no centro de Lisboa! Funcionários atenciosos, café da manhã excelente! Por ser perto de tudo, é possível passear a pé para as comprinhas na região!

Pros:

I absolutely love the breakfast: tasty and filling. I also enjoyed the rooms, which were fully equipped with AC, a TV and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. It is also located next to metro stations and boutiques

Hotel was located in a nice area

No soundproofing, no views was stated as having both. Plastic sheet underneath fitted sheet on bed. Customer service not very helpful or friendly.
