Stay away from this place if you don’t like ants
Pros:

Location was good and breakfast of average quality

Cons:

The room and especially the bathroom were infested with ants - I called the staff and a guy came in with a killer spray and I had to leave the room because it was too difficult to breathe, the window was impossible to open. They didn’t even offer me to switch the room and the issue persisted until the day I left the hotel.

Cons:

Vétusté, chambre minuscule, mobilier obsolète, climatisation bruyante, chambre à 30 degré à l arrivée, fenêtre non ouvrable. Petit déjeuné sans intérêt. Bref à 150€ la nuit avec remise booking ,nous cherchons encore les étoiles. Cet établissement n en mérite pas une seule.

COBRAM 0,30 EUROS PELO SACO DO CAFÉ ANTES DE 7H15 AM

Arredores seguros, dá pra ir andando pro metrô e pra praça Pombal. Café começa 7h15, desça até a recepção e desça as escadas. Informe o número do seu quarto pro rapaz. Elevadores funcionam, academia limpa. Climatização boa. Dão touca, xampu líquido, sabonete em barra e líquido. Possui armário, frigobar, lanches pagos, TV, telefone, mesa com cadeira. Cobram 0,30 euros pela sacola se pedir o café pra mais cedo, na sacola só colocam um pão, suco em caixa e uma fruta - é mais vantajoso comer o café de 7h15 pessoalmente. Café possui pães de vários tipos, queijo, presunto e outros, ovos, linguiça e outro, tostadeira, iogurte, café, chocolate, bolos, sucos, água, cereais, frutas, pastel de belém e outros salgados. O café é muito bom. Se pedir o café para viagem, terá que pagar 0,30 euros e pegar na recepção.

Cons:

Não gostei do café ser 7h15. pois os voos são perto desse horário. O café poderia ser mais cedo e terminar mais cedo. Não gostei também que 7h15 AM, justo no dia que eu tinha voo no aeroporto, o rapaz ficou conversando com o atendente o tempo todo. Fui avisar que tinha voo e precisava da liberação da área do café, o rapaz não gostou, nem o atendente. O rapaz estava conversando tanto que esqueceu de colocar a água na mesa, só colocou depois.

No Hotel - Decepcionante

Não devo ter observado na contratação, mas os quartos são pequenos.

Já fui hospede do Dom Carlos Liberty, na ocasião o cafe da manha não tinha nenhum tipo de restrição. Desta vez, além de achar extremamente deselegante o atendente no café da manhã, regulando e comentando com outros hóspedes a quantidade de pastel de nata (Belém) que vc havia consumido. Ele deveria ser treinado apenas para atender as solicitações dos hospedes. Minha esposa e eu ficamos chateados com a situação. Estávamos em 4 pessoas e pegamos a quantidade de 4 pasteis, que estavam expostos.

Very good location a little outside of city center but still walkable. Good breakfast. Nice staff, they also took into consideration our special request for room oriented away from the street, it was very appreciated.
