I stay in the hotel every year with family or friends or my husband but this was the first time I was disappointed in the stay.

We love to come here while in Jakarta, there' no better place to stay.The staff is so amazing, always friendly and helpfull, finding a solution for everything and always so cute with the children. The rooms are huge with nice balconies. The breakfast is the most amazing. We're always so looking forward to it.the garden area is really a rare pearl in Jakarta. It's really worth ot staying there.

This is the best experience I have ever had at a hotel. Everywhere I wanted to go, I was able to get there in 15-20 mins via Grab! They even offered to call the rides FOR me. The room was amazing, ask for a room w a terrace overlooking the courtyard. I spent most afternoons by the pool & it was so serene, you cannot tell that it’s surrounded by a bustling city!

& don’t get me started on the STAFF. I felt like a celebrity!! Arief, Daffa, Affan, Grace, & Nisa all made me feel so welcome & we’re so incredibly kind & accommodating. I made best friends w Arief, he suggested wonderful, local, Indonesian dishes for me to try everyday meal, & he even gifted me coffee beans on my last day. I was nervous to solo travel but knowing everyday that I would get to see them made my trip unbelievably comfortable. The hotel is beautiful but the staff are even better <3

I recently stopped by Dharmawangsa for a brief inspection visit and came away thoroughly impressed. I was greeted by Hamam, whose warm smile and genuine knowledge of the hotel's history and the artefacts displayed made for an excellent introduction. He guided me through the common areas with real pride, and rightly so, as they're charming, spacious and elegant.

Hamam then led me out to the al fresco restaurant, where I tried the house speciality, Tubruk coffee, made by barista Diki. Diki was a delight, and it turned out he knew all about Melbourne's coffee scene, which made for a lovely chat over an excellent cup.

Even on a short visit, the warmth of the staff and the quality of the surroundings left a strong impression. I'd happily return for a stay to experience all that Hamam spoke of.

The Dharmawangsa is nog steeds hèt hotel in Jakarta. De sfeer, de persoonlijke benadering, het interieur en de prachtige tuin zijn onovertroffen. Zeer goede restaurants bij het hotel en dicht in de buurt.

Very authentic hotel in Jakarta and best hospitality with professional staffs. In Jakarta, you could feel Bali but very private and high quality of service. This is the first time we could use all facilities and restaurants in the hotel so dont need to go out. Special thanks to Arya and their team.

The Room, the bed and the pillows. Shower room, toilet (need bidet). Tapi keseluruhannya melebihi perkiraan saya, memberikan privasi dan kenyamanan yang tidak saya bayangkan sebelumnya.

We had a wonderful time. The hotel sticks out because of the atmosphere and the very friendly staff. We especially would like to thank Shanti, Cepec and Irwan. All the help we needed they required and more! The outside swimmingpool is also worth mentioning. A very green and peaceful spot in town.

We stayed at this elegant hotel for 5 days to celebrate the wedding of our niece and nephew. The staff created a magnificent and magical space for the dinner reception with multiple mini-venues for a stage, music performance site, and dancing. The usual serene outdoor dining area was transformed with fabric draping, candles, tropical flowers, and lanterns. In a word - spectacular. Commensurate with the excellence and creativity of the locale, the food - Indonesian, Western, and fusion - was exceptional. This was not surprising because the daily breakfast was ample, delicious, and artistically presented by their gracious staff, particularly Arief, Affan, Riyan, and Fufu.

Our room was very large and generally decorated in good taste, though admittedly, it did show signs of wear and the furniture drawers could not close properly. This is in contrast to the common areas, which were elegant and well maintained.

Overall, our stay was wonderful.
