The hotel's location is amazing, and the facilities are excellent. The breakfast was also very good, and everything throughout our stay was great. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

The only disappointing part of our experience was during check-out. The day before, I asked the team about the luggage carrier service to the taxi station and was told there was no need to book it in advance, as it was an immediate service available upon request at check-out.

However, the following morning, when we checked out and requested the luggage carrier, we were told we would need to wait around 30 minutes. Unfortunately, we couldn't wait because we had a ferry to catch and had already booked our transportation. As a result, we had to drag our heavy luggage ourselves over the difficult path to the taxi station, which was quite challenging.

I hope the team can either provide guests with the correct information in advance or find a way to offer an immediate solution when this service is requested,

The best decision you’ll make.
Pros:

This hotel was incredible and the highlight of my entire trip to Italy! (We stayed at 2 places in Rome and also Amalfi. This was superior.) I can’t say enough, but I’ll try. I went with my best friend and sister and the level of service was above and beyond - the kindest, most friendly, generous, professional staff. They truly cared that we’d have the best trip. The location was perfect - just a step outside of the loud and busy area, so you feel at peace/relaxed here, while also still being close to everything. My standard for cleanliness is high and the room + hotel as a whole felt very well kept (so important!). I would come back here in a heartbeat, and I plan to one day. It was the best decision. La Residenza + staff, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the best memories we’ll hold onto forever. ❤️

Perfect Capri 😍
Pros:

Everything about La Residenza Capri was pure perfection. Truly a once in a lifetime holiday for our family.

We loved the understated opulence of the foyer and restaurant/bar, as well as the luxury and comfort of the rooms. Enjoyed the perfectly sized pool with stunning views from the sundeck. Grateful to Enzo and his team in the restaurant/bar, who were so attentive and professional. Likewise for the concierge team and housekeeping. Everyone was so friendly and genuinely welcoming.

The food and beverages were always enjoyable and well sized servings. And who cannot love a hotel that serves cakes for breakfast!! A+++++ highly recommended

Simplesmente maravilhoso! Localização ótima, funcionários prestativos, quarto aconchegante com vista incrível! Na frente do hotel tem um serviço de bar e pizzaria deliciosos !

Cons:

A única coisa que poderia ser melhor é o café da manhã ! É serviço á la carte, com poucas opções ! E se quiser algo como um sanduíche tem que pagar a parte!
