Pros:

We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed the hotel and the great service. The location is amazing and the personel helped us with recommendations and fulfilled all the additional requests we had. コンシェルジュやフロントスタッフの方がとても親切で、レストランの予約や、青の洞窟プライベートツアーの手配(港との連携がスムーズで、催行されるかどうかも朝一番で回答して下さり)ロスタイムも無くとても快適に観光することが出来ました。天候にも恵まれ初めて訪れて青の洞窟を見れたことはとても幸運でした。良い思い出となりました。ありがとうございました。

Pulizia impeccabile e grande attenzione ai dettagli. Le camere sono spaziose, moderne e molto confortevoli. Un plauso allo staff della reception per la gentilezza e disponibilità, in particolare a Ignacio, sempre professionale, attento e pronto ad aiutare.

Cons:

La colazione è stata l’unico aspetto un po’ deludente del soggiorno. Il servizio è sembrato poco organizzato: in due giorni, quattro camerieri diversi ci hanno chiesto più volte il numero di camera durante la colazione.
Il buffet è limitato e, pur essendo piacevole il piccolo vassoio servito al tavolo, non è chiaro se sia possibile riordinare. Alcuni extra risultano costosi rispetto alla qualità: 12€ per un toast prosciutto e formaggio servito freddo ( fatto notare ma come conta freddo ) e 15€ per una centrifuga ananas e zenzeroin cui lo zenzero richiesto era assente.
La colazione ha potenziale, ma andrebbe migliorata sia nell’offerta sia nell’organizzazione.

Room was very nicely furnished and modern, as was the rest of the hotel, especially compared to a lot of the more traditional and dated hotels in Capri. The service was excellent, even before we arrived. The bed was very comfy and views beautiful. Layout of the room was perfect , including a lovely balcony

Cons:

The breakfast options was very sweet, and focused on cakes, croissants and jams. A more savory hot breakfast included in the price of bed and breakfast would have been much more preferential.
