Alles gut

Schönes Hotel, hat alles was man braucht. Was aber ein ziemlich großer Minuspunkt sind die Betten. Sehr unbequem und sobald man sich bewegt hat man das Gefühl das ganze Bett fliegt auseinander:( was ich aber sehr positiv erwähnen will ist das die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich sind, dafür gibt es von mir einen virtuellen Daumen nach oben 👍

I was planning to leave a five-star review, but I had to reconsider. It is simply unacceptable for hotel staff to enter a room when a “ come back later do not disturb ” sign is clearly displayed. This is a serious breach of privacy — our personal belongings, including clothing and even valuables such as gold,intim clothes are sometimes left out in the open. As professionals in the tourism industry, we understand how hotel operations should work, and this kind of oversight is not acceptable from an establishment of this level.

Fantastic hotel with excellent staff. Beds comfy, plenty choice at continental breakfast. Well looked after as we sat and had a few beers before we all went out. Prices reasonable.
Stayed 13th - 24th for euros. Ideal 709 tram into busy old town in Düsseldorf but only a few mins walk into quieter Neuss.
Only downside was lift not working and there didn’t seem to be much activity on the “fixing” it during our stay. Staying 411 so bit of a struggle with case 😆
Maybe a toaster at breakfast?
But all in all a great stay.

The staff are excellent and friendly.
The hotel is 10 min walk from restaurants and shops.
5 min from a beautiful green park

No AC , but nice walk to Neuss

Ohne Klimaanlage bekommt man bei der Hitze kein Auge zu. Die Einrichtung im öffentlichen Bereich wie im Zimmer ist mir zu bunt, ich habe mich ständig gefühlt als wäre ich in einem Kindergarten.

Danke für denn unkomplizierten Ablauf.

kühle Atmosphäre, alles Plastik. sehr kleine Zimmer.
Preis Leistung stimmt nicht.
Frühstücksbüffet das Beste am Aufenthalt

Gefallen hat:
- Freundliches Personal

- Frühstück war ok

Nicht gefallen hat:
- Nur 1 Handtuch pro Person
- Heizung im Bad defekt
- Winziges Waschbecken im Bad
- Winziger Fernseher. Alt, schlechte Tonqualität
- Hotel insgesamt sehr altbackig. Altes Ibis mit bunten Wänden.
- Die Atmosphäre insgesamt war nicht so schön, haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt

Alles gut, gutes Frühstück.

Gehorig. Je hoort heel goed de geluiden van de gang (praten, deuren die dichtgedaan worden).
Komt doordat alles weerkaatst qua klanken. Ook in de kamers. Geen materialen dienhet geluid dempen.
Alles verder heel netjes schoon en fleurige kleuren

Positiv:
Kostenlose Parkplätze, sehr gute Anbindung an die Straßenbahn, superfreundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück

Nicht so toll:
Wir müssen zwar alle sparen, aber die Heizung war quasi so gut wie nicht im Betrieb.
Das ganze Hotel ist sehr hellhörig.
Der Fernseher mit seiner Tonqualität ist schrecklich.
Immer wieder schade finde ich in den Hotels, dass Handtücher die nicht auf dem Boden liegen trotzdem ausgetauscht werden.
Ja wollen wir doch umweltfreundlich sein!
Insgesamt wäre eine kleine Renovierung notwendig: zum Beispiel Old Style Schlüssel für die Zimmertür.
Der Zimmerpreis (es war Messe Zeit) ist halt wie in ganz Düsseldorf Preisleistung nicht gegeben.

Fazit:
Für zwei Nächte war es okay.

Personnel serviable, hôtel propre et calme, petit déjeuner copieux et surtout parking gratuit.

no - nonsense, fris, prima prijs - kwaliteitverhouding

We hebben een prima verblijf gehad voor 1 nachtje. De kamer is schoon, dat is het belangrijkste. Vriendelijk personeel. Locatie is ver van het centrum, maar met de auto goed te doen. Gratis parkeren naast het hotel.
Minpunt: erg licht op de kamer, geen AC.
Ontbijt was erg goed.

first time to stay at ibis styles düsseldorf neuss and right at check-in i notice that it's not an authentic ibis styles. they couldn't find my reservation and had to look in another computer for it which i made through accor.com as usual. after they found my reservation, then they had to enter all my info to the other computer and finally gave my key. the room was quite small and it has no AC which was very bad. bathroom also small and old compared to the room which looked newer. breakfast was OK, quite good, can't complain. also the welcome drink voucher and key (it was a key not card) was different from other ibis styles, sure it was a old hotel converted to ibis styles like a francies.didn't enjoy that much especially due to no AC but location was good for my meetings.

Enkelt og praktisk med gateparkering (gratis) like utenfor døren ved sen ankomst. Lett adkomst fra hovedvei. Ok hotell, men ikke de beste sengene
