Immer wieder ein toller Ausgangspunkt für sämtliche Unternehmungen in Berlin
Pros:

Die Rezeption ist 24/7 besetzt und das Personal sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent. Auch das Personal im Backoffice ist überaus freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent.
Die Lage des Hotels ist top: Man kann den eigenen Pkw in der Tiefgarage einstellen und hat jede Menge Möglichkeiten, den ÖPNV zu nutzen. - Aber auch fußläufig ist man schnell am Alex, im Vokspark Friedrichshain (mit Freiluftkino) oder bei diversen Restaurants und Cafés.
Endlich mal ein Waschbecken, das man auch als Kontaktlinsenträger benutzen kann, ohne den Verlust seiner Kontaktlinsen fürchten zu müssen.
Wir hatten Zimmer zur Straßenseite hin mit Blick auf den Alex. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern dringt jedoch kein Lärm durch und durch die Klimaanlage war es auch angenehm kühl.
Moderne Lobby mit vielen bequemen Sitzgelegenheiten.
Es war unser zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und wir würden es immer wieder buchen.

Nicht noch einmal
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut und das Personal beim Buffet war freundlich und aufmerksam. Den Schmutz auf dem Boden, hätte man zwischendurch mal wegwischen können.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer im Familienzimmer. Es hat seinen Grund, warum es im Internet kein Bild davon gab. Dies ist behindertengerecht, wenn man am Waschbecken steht, steht man quasi auch in der Dusche. Die Dusche war mit einem Vorhang versehen. Die Tür ließ sich sehr schwer schließen. Es waren Schimmelflecken an der Decke und im Schlafbereich lag vom Vorgänger noch Zahnseide auf dem Boden. Dies wurde an der Rezeption bemängelt, leider wurde nichts davon behoben.

Location is great

Cons:

The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. It was old and thin, and the pillows way too soft. The shower leaked every time we took a shower and you couldn't really control the temperature so it either burnt you or was too cold.
