Pros:

Great view, clean bed and bath - for the price it was great. night manager was helpful and great customer service

Pros:

Lady at front deck was friendly and the accomplishments was nice and cold.

Cons:

The room provided to us had roaches. The carpet in the room was dirty. It made my bare feet black after walking on it after my shower. The bathroom door was cracked and looked like it was about to fall off the hinges. The shower head sucked and the bathroom faucet was extremely hard to turn on.

Pros:

Best value by far in the area. Building is older, with open-air hallways. On the water is a bonus. Super convienent to have 2 restrants in the parking lot. Most staff was friendly. Pool was very nice and overlooks the river.
Had a King room on second story. Room was huge. Bathroom was huge.

Cons:

Had to ask for directions to the room at check-in. That was the only time I felt the costomer service was lacking.
Also, no on site laundry was a bummer.

A view to die for.
Pros:

It has a magnificent view of the Fort Myers skyline and river.

Cons:

The elevator had issues with the door and the room shower was very hard to operate.
