La vista que ofrecen las habitaciones hacia el agua, la habitación tenía una temperatura agradable que pude controlar a mi gusto la limpieza de la habitación se veía bastante aceptable a pesar de ser un lugar que creo necesita algunas remodelaciones o cambios en comparación con la modernidad de otros hoteles e incluso tienen el mismo precio que ellos.

Que tuvimos problemas con la presión del agua en la ducha a la hora de tomar un baño

Pienso que si este hotel no estuviera ubicado en el lugar donde está al menos yo nunca lo escogería en comparación con otros hoteles en los que he rentado que se caracterizan por la modernidad con la que están equipados la higiene extrema y el súper precio que brindan, Pero Siendo honesta tengo que decir que el motivo por el que me gusta venir aquí es simplemente por la vista tan bonita, relajante y espectacular que tiene hacia el agua. La limpieza es aceptable pero las dos veces que he venido he tenido problemas , la primera vez fue que la ducha del baño prácticamente no tenia presión de agua y la segunda vez que renté tuve problemas porque el aire acondicionado no enfríaba lo suficiente para mi gusto. Además de que en la madrugada hubo un incidente bastante serio porque en plena madrugada otros huéspedes y yo salimos de las habitaciones porque se sentía una mujer gritando con una pelea y al otro día en la mañana nos. Despertamos con las sirenas de las patrullas y la ambulancia y según dijeron había fallecido un niño pero no sé realmente qué sucedió porque nadie nos informó nada y creo que esto es algo Inquietante porque pienso que debía haber alguien de seguridad o personal del hotel que debía haber llamado a la policía cuando se sintió el escándalo tan fuerte a las 3 o 4 de la madrugada, el comentario de que un niño había fallecido lo escuché del propio personal del hotel en la mañana del domingo pero realmente no sé qué sucedió.

Cons:

Tuve problemas con la presión de agua en la ducha a la hora de bañarme porque el agua no salía con presión.

I Would Never Go Back to That Place
Pros:

What I liked the most were the views, the pier, and the friendly staff. There are also several places to eat nearby, and the air conditioning worked very well, which was definitely appreciated.

Cons:

But honestly, the overall experience was very bad. The entire place constantly smelled like marijuana, including the hallways and common areas. The room had a very strong mold smell, and the bathroom looked old, ugly, and poorly maintained.

One thing that really bothered me was that they do not clean the rooms during your stay. They do not change towels, take out the trash, or do any cleaning until check out. The elevator also smelled terrible, sometimes even like urine.

The breakfast was very poor with very little variety. Also, whenever they cleaned rooms after guests checked out, they left trash bags, towels, and other items outside the rooms, which looked very unpleasant and caused bad smells in the hallways.

I definitely would not recommend this place for families or people traveling with children because the marijuana smell throughout the hotel makes the stay very uncomfortable.

I had a really good experience staying here. The views are beautiful and make the whole stay feel very relaxing. I also liked the location because there are many places to eat nearby, including an IHOP right across the street, which was very convenient.

Another thing I enjoyed was having a nearby place to go fishing and relax. The air conditioning worked very well and kept the room cool the entire time. Also, the staff was very friendly and welcoming throughout the stay.

Cons:

The pool was very dirty, there were not enough umbrellas, and the chair cushions were in terrible condition and felt disgusting.

The elevators also felt unsafe and smelled very bad. On top of that, they were constantly being used by the cleaning staff, which made them uncomfortable to use. The room had a very strong mold smell from the moment we walked in. The bathtub looked old, dirty, and poorly maintained, and the towels had stains on them.

The worst part was that the rooms were not cleaned during the stay at all. They only clean them after check out. No trash removal, no towel changes, nothing, which was honestly terrible for a hotel stay.

There was also a very unpleasant situation during our stay. A crime happened on the first floor of the building, the area was blocked off, and the elevator access became limited. We had to ask for permission to enter or leave the building, and a police officer was always accompanying us.
