The view was beautiful, and the breakfast was a great benefit

Cons:

I had a non-smoking room, but I found it difficult to sit out on the balcony most days because smoke was coming in from people using their balconies.
My rental car was also hit in the parking lot when we were not in the car. We came out to find a large dent. When I reported it to the front office, they seemed very unconcerned. I was able to file a police report but having cameras out in your parking lot would’ve helped me considerably.

L’emplacement et la vue magnifique sur la rivière.

Cons:

La vétusté de l’hôtel en général et de la chambre. Il est temps de le rénover ! Le système de robinet de douche est aussi hors d’âge et il faut une force surhumaine pour tirer dessus pour ouvrir l’eau. Le personnel du restaurant où est servi le petit déjeuner n’est pas forcément très aimable. Dommage…

I will definitely stay next year when I come back!

I loved the staff. All were very happy, friendly and attentive! Breakfast was great too!

Cons:

The property is a bit dated, the outside looks a little tired, needs some “brightening up”, and the ceiling in the shower definitely needs to be replaced. But, the room was clean, the pool, immaculate and the view was stunning!! But for surviving the worst hurricane in history just a few years ago, it’s amazing it’s still standing!

The manager was screaming at my wife because my 13 year old chihuahua went to the bathroom in a planter and kicked us out of the hotel she stated there is a designated area for the dogs to use the bathroom which there is not she is the most unprofessional and disrespectful person I have ever encountered I will never return and I will be filing complaints with the BBB and posting on the internet
