Good value for the location & view
Pros:

Great view, good location near downtown, nice, safe balcony, they let us check in early, nice dock to walk on, nice to have a restaurant near the pool to get lunch & drinks

I was expecting a room with a balcony and view of the river. I got the room with a balcony but the view was of the back of the restaurant on the first floor, literally the door going into the kitchen was infront of us. I was told it was this room and another available that wasn't clean. I said don't I have a reservation? The guy giggled some and said your just here for ine night. That shouldn't matter. The guy was nice and I understand not his fault, the rest if the staff was fine. The restaurant was delicious but we got stuck with a waitress that most of the time was no where in site. I overpaid for this room big time! Room 117. There were beer bottle caps under the bed.

Great stay!! Just need to specify what you want.
Pros:

Hotel staff and concierge were awesome and helpful 10 out of 10!!! The room was clean and tidy.

Cons:

The room wasn't what was in the picture so keep that in mind, also queen beds were pretty small which was weird. You have to specify that you want a room on a higher floor because what was automatically given was a room on the first floor so there was NO VIEW!

Die Lage mit Sicht auf den River

Cons:

Der Balkon war voller Hundehaare und geschnittenen Fingernägel,, richtig eklig, wir haben mehrmals gebeten den Balkon zu reinigen , aber leider kam niemand um diese büschelweise Hundehaare ubs zu entfernen. Am Schluss wurde uns das Zimmer gecanzelt, Es haben am diesen Tag mehhrete Gäste über schmutzige Zimmer an der Reception reklamiert.
