Hôtel bien passé pour visiter l’ensemble de Londres, mais en particulier la partie sud. Personnel au top, super serviable, Chambre et literie surprenante pour le prix londonien.

Wir kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

Das Hotel hat unseren Aufenthalt rundum angenehm gemacht. Die Zimmer waren großzügig und sauber.
Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das Personal am Empfang – sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und dabei angenehm unkompliziert, was den Check-in und Check-out besonders angenehm gemacht hat.
Auch die Lage ist ein großer Pluspunkt: Sehenswürdigkeiten wie die London Bridge, der Borough Market und die Southwark Cathedral sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Dadurch eignet sich das Hotel perfekt als Ausgangspunkt, um London zu erkunden.
Das Frühstück haben wir im Hotel nicht genutzt.
Insgesamt können wir das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.
Wir sind mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kinder unter 10 Jahren gereist und hatten das Familienzimmer gebucht.

Reichhaltiges, gutes Frühstück - für jeden etwas dabei.
Top Lage - direkt an der Themse gelegen; gute Anbindung an Bus und Bahn
Freundliches Personal

Cons:

Zimmerservice war nicht so dolle - wir hatten innerhalb von 4 Tagen nur einmal der Service in Anspruch genommen, es wurde nicht gesaugt und das Bett war nicht wirklich anständig gemacht. War aber nicht tragisch.

Parfait pour un séjour en plein cœur de Londres!
Pros:

Très bel hôtel en plein cœur de Londres et à deux pas de la Tamise. Chambre confortable et literie très agréable. Petit déjeuner riche à un excellent rapport qualité prix.

Cons:

Un peu bruyant parfois, insonorisation à parfaire mais c’est le prix à payer pour l’emplacement même si assez peu de circulation en général.

Lovely, clean and very central located hotel. We will definitely recommend.
Pros:

We are welcomed by a very efficient and polite receptionist called Henrique, who answered all our questions with knowledge and good will. Five star for him.

Cons:

The TV was not working.
