No hassle 2 night stay from start to finish!
Pros:

Check-in was simple and quick, room was clean and tidy and modern looking with TV and clean shower room. Tea/Coffee and kettle and hairdryer all there. Bed was comfy and warm. Did not have breakfast but ate in the restaurant and the food was hot and tasty.

Cons:

The free internet was really slow - so slow that I switched back to my own mobile data but that's not a deal breaker for me!

Don't expect the Ritz

Staff friendly enough.

Cons:

A lot of door keys didn't work, meaning staff had to keep letting you in your room which was an inconvenience for everyone. Rooms are a bit prisonesque and the mattress toppers are a bit disgusting, turned mine over to find brown mouldy spots on it. Took one look at the breakfasts and walked into Coventry instead to go to Costa.

Won’t stay again - business trip so did what we needed - just although hardly slept due to bed
Pros:

Cons:

Basic bed uncomfortable no real ambiance- but if music in eating area would of been nice
Food ok but clearly not home made

Great location but will have to explore other hotels for my next visit.
Pros:

Location is excellent. Close to train station and city centre.

Cons:

Rooms are very dated and need refreshing.
Breakfast was dreadful. Some of the hot food on offer was inedible. Stayed for 3 nights but didn't have breakfast there after the first morning.
