Breakfast
Nothing
Only 5 minutes walk from train station.
High up room at back overlooking car park which was very quiet & warm & Spacious.
Lovely big bed.
Nothing at all, suited me perfectly.
Great place to stay
Clean rooms to a good standard
Tea and coffee were well supplied
Beds were comfortable
A thicker quilt that fits the cover
The beds were comfy
There was blood on the carpet in room 115 and on the curtain at the bottom
Location was good
Rooms clean
Rooms a bit small
Staff were friendly, hotel was clean and decent value for money.
My room's windows would not close. (They were double sash windows and there was a gap at the top which could not be shut due to a broken lock.) The room was on a very busy main road/junction with the ring road and the pollution smell was awful. Within a few hours of being in the room my eyes were swollen and red and I had to try and sleep with a respirator mask and woke up with an awful cough.
Seems like there's a lot of issues with the property with consistency of quality.
Great location, can check in online which is nice and quick
The water smelt really odd so drank bottled water instead. The bathrooms were interesting, it’s like a wet room but it’s not big enough to be an actual wet room. It reminded us of a train toilet due to the layout
The hotel was well located. With it being close to a main road, there wasnt much traffic noise. The rooms were fairly basic, but clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again next time I visit coventry.
The breakfast wasnt great. It was a buffet style. Everything was cold and overcooked. I probably wouldn't bother with breakfast next time, but the location was perfect for what I needed.
Decent.
Nothing
