Goed verblijf, ontbijt mag iets gevarieerder...
Pros:

De locatie is erg gunstig, dichtbij het centrum. En dichtbij het vliegveld Birmingham (20 min).

Cons:

Het ontbijt was goed, maar wel typisch Engels. Keuze uit alleen casinobrood, witte bonen in rode saus, ei, bacon en worstjes. Dus een vrij stevig ontbijt. Voor een keer lekker, maar niet elke ochtend. Wat meer keuze hierin zou fijn zijn geweest.

Pros:

Breakfast was ok although quite limited in choice. Rooms were comfortable and we had all we needed for a 1 night stay

Pros:

The staff were very kind and promptly attended to each of my calls with the solution I wanted. They helped me to gain a refund of an extra day I might have needed but didn't need it anymore with ease. They have good security and the place is very neat. It was very close to the train station which I really liked. Their housekeepers were also on top of their job. I really liked it there.

Cons:

I wished the rooms had tiny refrigerators and microwaves. It would have made my stay awesome but still it was great.

Staff friendly, room not adequate
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful

Cons:

Mattress topper was poor.
Bathroom smelt of sewage. Originally thought to be from the toilet however it was from the sink.
It was not pleasant at all!
