Great place to stay if going into Coventry for a show
Staff were friendly
Love the little shower pods … wish I could have one at home! Haha.
The carpet … oh dear. Absolutely filthy.
The bed … whilst it had a mattress topper on the base of the bed was ancient.
Good location, breakfast, value for money.
Nearby roadworks blocking Mile Ln but car park still accessible.
Staff were pleasant, breakfast was fantastic rooms very clean and spacious amazing shower I usually book at the Premier I'm coming back to Coventry on the 28 till the 31 will certainly book this again

Staff were extremely helpful, food was good and location perfect for visiting the cathedral and surrounding areas.
Roadworks made access difficult but nothing to do with the hotel.
Nice quiet room at the back and plenty of parking.
Looked for the "Do not Disturb Sign" which was under the bed which was very dusty and not been hoovered so I did not want to touch it.
Also no Decaf Tea in the Room.
The room was okay,neat and clean
Flooring in the corridor ,stair case is quite dirty. The worse I have seen in any hotel.Please can the hotel change the flooring.It does not give good first impression.Thanks

Breakfast choice, most items were not filled up, sausages were awful, and bar price list needs updating, as it shows spirit & mixer but you have to buy a separate soft drink
Close to station and quite a nice breakfast. At least there were healthy options.
It's a modern hotel near Coventry city centre. You don't go there by choice.

Amazing staff, very friendly and attentive, especially the lady with glasses and long hair I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name but she was brilliant on reception, really helped me out when I lost a book of mine! Helped me find it and all was well, comfortable bed and spacious room
There was a fake tan stain on toilet when we arrived but that’s not their fault!
